Highest praise to Ms. Magda. During the stay of our executive team and international VIP guests, she handled every situation with remarkable efficiency—from coordinating transportation to accommodating special requests and last-minute changes. Always available, exceptionally helpful, creative, and highly effective. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such outstanding professionalism with genuine care for guests. Our sincere thanks and appreciation for her exceptional support!

Horrible stay. Did not get what was paid for.

Sheraton ReviewI first booked a room at a nearby Hilton, but later saw the Sheraton with more restaurant options and the benefits of my Marriot Bonvoy membership along with a deal from a third party site, so I switched my booking. I regret that decision now. My original flight was delayed multiple times, which made me late for my reservation. I contacted the hotel and they went ahead and checked me in so the reservation would not cancel. When I arrived, they said the room was ready but had to check with housekeeping on something. This was puzzling since they already checked me into a supposedly clean room which wouldn’t need housekeeping. My room was mostly clean and functional. Two things that disappointed me was that the notepad by the bed had scribbled drawings all over the back of it, leaving only 2 pages to write on. I wasn’t planning on using it, but this made me think the cleaning service was not thorough, and this was evidenced by a random black sock left in a dresser drawer. Second, there were a few peanuts on the floor under the dresser, definitely accessible for a vacuum. This made me lose confidence in the cleanliness of the room. I browsed the mini bar menu and opened the drawer to see that not everything matched the menu. I took photos for documentation because I certainly don’t want to be charged. The mini bar was not cool for drinks like I was expecting. It was surprising to me that despite my room being club level, there was no microwave or fridge. Once I settled in, I attempted to go to the club lounge but my key would not work. I went to the front desk to inform them it was not working. They gave me a new card and said it should be good. I was able to use the elevator to get to the 6th floor, but my new key card would not open the doors leading to the hallway. Luckily someone was coming out as I was trying to get in, so I was able to make it back to my room. I tried the club lounge again to no avail. I went back down to the front desk to explain the issues with the new key. They said there were technical issues with the keys (ok, it happens), so they walked me back to my room (using my key in the process to see how it wasn’t working properly). I stayed in my room for the remainder of the afternoon and into the evening. I didn’t want to get locked out. It wasn’t until the next morning, when I was checking out, that I finally got a digital key so I could access the lounge. I’ve requested compensation from the third party site and Sheraton to no avail. I hate that I paid for an upgraded experience that I wasn’t even able to take advantage of because the front desk could not give me a key card that worked. The flight delays were initially an inconvenience, but I’m happy I only ended up staying one night here. After traveling for a 24 hour span to get here, I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Nope. I was awoken at 11:30 pm by slamming doors and a male voice screaming “get out, get out”. There was a quick heated verbal exchange in a language I’m not familiar with. Another clearly emotional male voice then screamed “you’re going to f**king regret this”. Due to this being such a quick exchange, I did not call the front desk since they quieted down. I did not know which room it was coming from either. Close to 1am, I hear them again. Whatever they’re saying to one another is so quick that by the time I call anyone, they’d be gone, making it nearly impossible to identify which guests were involved. When I awoke the next morning, the club level floor smelled of vomit and evidence of such was by the ice machine room on the way out. Needless to say, as a solo female traveler, this experience did not make me feel safe in this supposed 5 star hotel. I wish I had not switched my reservation over. Nice Rooms, Great Location

    rating07 Jun 2026

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our Poland vacation. I was under the impression that Warsaw couldn't compete with Poland's most touristy destinations like Krakow and Gdansk but I loved the city and the Sheraton is well located to enjoy it. We are big walkers, and it was 30 minutes on foot from the train station and about 20 minutes to old town. Chopin's monument and the beautiful park it's located in are also less than a 30 minute walk. It's well located to bus lines too. We are Platinum and were upgraded to a club lounge room on the 6th floor. At first I was disappointed we didn't get a suite but the room was very spacious with a couch and lots of room to move around. The bathroom was a bit compact but pleasant with a soaker tub/shower combo. The club lounge here is one of the nicest I've experienced: cold drinks including beer are available from the fridges all day along with some very light snacks such as mediocre cookies, potato chips etc. We dropped in once mid-day and they even had some small open faced sandwiches out which were very tasty. In the late afternoon they put out out a selection of wines. At 6 pm they add spirits with a self serve bar and some hot food such as soup and an entree. Along with some salads and charcuterie. Honestly the food wasn't great but having a well stocked complimentary bar was a nice feature!Breakfast is served on the 1st mezzanine and is a large buffet with an omelette station. Once again, the food and quality were lacking but totally decent. Perhaps we were spoiled by the many excellent breakfasts we had in Poland but we were underwhelmed: the buffet options were bordering on cold some mornings and never varied. The cook making the omelettes struggled to keep up with the volume of orders, be prepared to wait quite a while for it to be made although they bring it to your table which we appreciated. If you have Platinum or above with Marriot and value free drinks then this property is a great option with nice rooms and a good location. Magdalena Kilar, Other at Sheraton Grand Warsaw, responded to this review Dear Guest Thank you so much for your nice and long review. We are very happy that the hotel, rooms, club lounge and also the city met your expectations We do hope that you will have a good memory for the future. We are looking to welcoming you again at The Sheraton Grand Warsaw. With Kind Regards Magdalena KilarGuest Relations Manager

    Favorite Place in WARSAW!

    rating01 Jun 2026

My friend and I were in love with this hotel and everything in it, especially the Staff!Whoever said that Poles were not friendly is because they haven't stayed at the Sheraton or in the area.Let's start, 1° Stars: Patrick and Natalia from the Week-Breakfast shift, what a wonderful, promising pair! Full of talent and good intentions, they help my friend and me with lots of tips, advice, and information about Polish culture. So not only good at what they do but also beautiful people, inside and out.2° Front Desk! Szymon, Illia, Monika and even more! We did several single bookings, and yet, they helped us with all of them. Drama-free and stress-free, they were welcoming and comprehensive with us and our messiness. Special mention to Szymon, who helps us with valuable info about the Polish people and where to go; as Latinos, our culture is totally different, so his help was super useful.3° El Sevillano at the door! What a lovely thing to meet a fellow Spaniard. I saw how Francisco took special care of every guest, and we were not the exception.Last but not least, the food was amazing, housekeeping was great, they waited for us every day and did everything super fast. Overall, 11/10 hotel. If I could, I'd leave 10 stars.PS: The gym was awesome too!PS2: Location is perfect, close to everything but outside the buzz and the chaos. Can't wait to go back in JUNE! Wonderful

The best hotel in all of Warsaw! The most beautiful, clean, and luxurious rooms, the best staff, and a club lounge. The waitress, Julia, is wonderful! She is a very pleasant person to talk to and a wonderful person overall. And friendly staff are always an integral part of a pleasant experience about hotel. There may be other five-star hotels in this city, but for me, the Sheraton Grand is always the best. Every time I stay here, I feel completely at peace, even if I’m only here for a couple of days. I just love it – that’s all!
