  This place is OK. The unit I had was comfortable but it faced Aleje Jerozolimskie (Jerusalem Avenue). The soundproofing of the balcony doors were effective when they were closed but if you want to open them for air, the noise from the street was loud.Overall, the unit was nice and modern. The washing machine was easy to use although the detergent dispenser was gross but I was able to pull it out to clean it. I had to check YouTube for instructions on how to use the machine but once I got it going, it did the job.The elevator was tight and barely fit two people.Location of the building was right where we wanted to be. Nowy Swiat was just a few minutes' walk and there were many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed breakfast at Charlotte Bouillon which was just a few minutes away.

  Keep clear, the owner of the property is not interested in complaints and put the phone down on me a couple of times then blocked my phone and never responded to emails, when we had a problem with the heating and it was freezing the satellite system kept turning off, no hand towels, faulty shower the key in front door did not work infact the list goes on and on, I have spoken to booking.com about the situation who are not happy with them about not attempting to resolve the issues. My advice is Keep clear of this unprofessional outfit

  The instructions were laid out clearly, the owner was always available to call and the apartment was spacious, clean and as advertised. It was also very close to the metro, right in front of the national museum and plenty of affordable and yummy places downstairs ( especially the Georgians). The only reason it wouldn’t get 5 stars is that the stove top only worked when it wanted to and the shower started off ice cold and turned to scolding very fast without an ability to change the temperature,

  Decent apartment for the price. Clean and has the bare minimum you need for a short stay. Walking distance away from the Palace of Culture and Old Town.As I was arriving on an early flight, the staff said they couldn’t guarantee me an early check in but they would prioritise my room being cleaned and said that I could leave my luggage there while it’s being cleaned. When I turned up my room was already cleaned!Only issue I had was that nothing was done about the loud people across the hall who decided to go on a night out and start screaming at 3am.

  Awful, dirty and the worse place in a whole Poland

  I reserved and paid for the apartment a few weeks ago before my trip to Warsaw on AirBnB. Everything looked good, great pictures, everything new and clean. Host responded to my messages about Check-in. But reality was different. I was on my university lesson, so my boyfriend self-checked in for me yesterday. Apartment is awful! Hard to find, cooking panel is crushed, rusty parts in bathroom and kitchen, dirty bed sheets, dirty pillows, dirty kettle, dirty microwave and kitchen dishes! Location of furniture in bathroom is different and many broken parts. I tried to cancel reservation on AirBnB and ask a refund, but host refused. I won’t stay in this dirty room.So, today I visited this place (for the second time now) and documented everything on my phone, and I’ll do every thing that I need to have my money back. Smell inside apartment is awful too.I’ll add photos and videos to my review and comment every of them so "palm aparts" couldn’t lie, like they do with every other client who writes truth about them (screenshots below)
