    Sound Garden Hotel is a truly lovely place to stay in Warsaw. It’s a cosy, contemporary, and spotlessly clean hotel in a perfect location — close to the airport and also very convenient for reaching the city centre.I travel to Warsaw frequently, and for the past four years I have stayed at Sound Garden every single time. That alone says a lot — the comfort, consistency, and welcoming atmosphere always make me feel at home.The food deserves a special mention: fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Huge thanks to Chef Olga, who is absolutely amazing and consistently delivers wonderful meals.I highly recommend Sound Garden Hotel and will definitely continue staying here on my future trips to Warsaw.

    This time everything perfect

    Once again, I ended up in this hotel, but this time everything was much better than the last time. Every button at the console next to the bed worked, so I could control the light and temperature. The bed was very comfortable (as always) and the bathroom was very clean. The bar was open until late. The only thing I didn’t have a chance to try was the breakfast because I had to leave before it had started, but I remember that it was an enormous choice of really tasty food.

    Out of 3 elevators only 1 worked for over 2 days. Gigantic queues to get to the higher floors. Very small room, water drain stocked so getting shower caused flood on the floor. Air condition live its own life, either doesn’t work at all or make freezing cold - impossible to adjust in a reasonable way. Windows are fixed, you can’t open them, no fresh air. No welcome water bottle at all. Instead some empty glasses were provided and information that you can get the water from dispenser on the corridor. They call it “environment protection”. Ridiculous way of making cost savings. Extremely long waiting time in the bar - finally got the burger but totally dry (asked for medium). Noisy electric blinds in the room one floor below woke me up at 3:00 AM - every time you leave the room the blinds go up automatically, you can’t control it.

    Disappointing Stay – not recommend

    Recommend, just a location was good.Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The room was extremely small, uncomfortable for two people. We booked a queen-size bed, but what we got was only 140 cm wide—nowhere near what was on our booking and definitely not suitable for two.The noise from the AC or ventilation system was constant and incredibly loud. It felt like trying to sleep next to a busy highway. The cleanliness didn’t feel properly maintained.The biggest letdown was the staff. They were not friendly or welcoming, and whenever we asked for help, they seemed unhelpful.Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations in any way. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for a comfortable, and relaxing experience.

    Micro Room …..I was 10 years a sailor and this room looks like a submarine.A table rotating to the bed..not a meter from the Toilet with a cristal window….and the bed basically on the balcony
