Location

This luxury hotel is located in the middle of the business quarter in the town centre of Warsaw. It lies close to the places of interest, public transport links, restaurants and a number of shopping facilities. A variety of bars are only a stone's throw away (100 m).

Facility

The hotel has 15 suites, 241 single rooms and 120 double rooms, which are located on 20 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Centrally located with access to transportation - trams, buses and metro. The hotel is quite modern, warm and cozy.The rooms are a tad small but offer a spectacular view of the buildings around us. The lounge on the 19th floor offers a good selection of drinks and the food is reasonable. The breakfast is of a fairly large variety and I was surprised with the quality of the Eggs Benedict that I had ordered. All in all rated 9 out of a possible 10. The young ladies at the lounge offered hot tea with a smile.     Worst westin experience for a 5 star hotel

    This is the worst Westin hotel, checkin supposed to be 3 pm. We arrived 10.20 pm and beds not made up! They sold a room for 3 adults and the rooms are so small for 3 adults! Pls dont sell 3 bedded rooms knowingly full well the size of the rooms! Also the Roll away bed quality is disgusting - very soft! For a 5 star hotel This is trully not acceptable! The service is shocking!     The public spaces are fine but the rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean. The staff are excellent. Dominika at reception was particularly great and went the extra Mike for us. Piort at the bell hop station was also excellent providing us with walking directions to the old town and shopping. The hotel is located very well and you can walk to old town in 20 minutes.If you are looking for an excellent restaurant that is 9 mins walk - go to Red Hog for local cuisine.     The hotel is located in the very center of Warsaw. All the city's attractions are within walking distance. The hotel's reception and concierge staff are very hospitable and patient, always smiling and available every day. The hotel has an intimate atmosphere, a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and a sense of safety. Our room is located on the 15th floor with a panoramic view of the city. The higher the room, the more beautiful the view from the window. The restaurant menu is very varied, and the wine is excellent. The hotel must be very intelligently managed by the General Manager, as it operates like a Swiss watch. See you, by the way, on our next trips !
