    My friend and I came for a Christmas "jolly" to visit the market and spend time together before the Christmas rush.Lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff.Our room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable.We ate in the restaurant a couple of nights and enjoyed our meals.Plenty of choice in the morning for breakfast.The only downside was the hotel did not have rose wine which we both drink.

    Have to say that this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.I love architecture like this - so much thought has gone into spaces such as the corridoors. The room was spot on in every way with really nice touches. No opening windows but air-con was really good.Restaurant area absolutely beautiful with loads of plants and concrete. Subdued music just at the right level, and attentive but inobtrusive service. Good food too!The next morning saw a very varied and extensive breakfast selection.All the staff I dealt with were great. In a world of declining customer service, this was a brilliant experience all round, and I'd thoroughly recommend!     This was a very good hotel, comfortable room and excellent buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Evening meal (we were on a coach tour) was very poor - no choice at all other than for pre booked special diets. What arrived at your table on a plate was it! A long way into Warsaw - not possible to walk it!     Lots of bare concrete but really good

    Modern-styled with lots of bare concrete in corridors and rooms, but curiously beautiful. We had a really good time here. Rooms, food, staff, layout were all excellent. Sound insulation good too. The only slight negative was an unpleasant drains smell in our bathroom and bedroom. After some sluices of the pipes with sink and shower and open window it all but disappeared after 14 hours or so. We put it down to this being the beginning of the holiday season and perhaps the room hadn't been used for a little while? It was borderline asking for another room to start with but we gave it a chance and it turned out to be a fantastic room. Really liked the room and the hotel.     Hands down, one of the best hotels in Warsaw! While it may be a little distance from the city center, it is well connected by buses and trains, making it easy to explore. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the airport. I'm a huge fan of the rooms; they are incredibly comfortable and inviting, ensuring a great night's sleep every time. The breakfast is another highlight—rich and delicious. This is definitely a place I'd return to!
