This chic first class hotel is located directly in Warsaw's city centre opposite the railway station. It is approximately 5 km to the Royal Palace and the Opera House. These can be reached either on foot or on public transport. An abundance of shops and other entertainment venues are within easy reach. It takes just 20 minutes to reach Okecie airport.

Facility

91 suites, 282 single rooms and 149 double rooms are located on 20 storeys and can be reached by 5 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing.     Never again. Something is very off in this hotel – from the stench by the reception, to the traces of mold on the food, to the poorly washed blood stains on floor of our suite. I swear I heard screaming through the walls on several occasions.     Efficient Service, Great Breakfast, and Excellent Location Near the Train Station

    The hotel truly lives up to its name. It features an on-site casino while also offering a structure that accommodates families and children quite well.The swimming pool starts shallow but gradually reaches a considerable depth, which makes it suitable for both children and adults. The gym facilities are also solid and have a nice view overlooking the pool area.I strongly recommend including breakfast with your stay. Although it is expensive, it is absolutely worth it and comparable to the famous all-inclusive buffets found in major Las Vegas hotels.Another major advantage is the location. The proximity to the train station and the shopping mall is extremely convenient and definitely worth highlighting.Room service is impressively fast. I genuinely don’t know how they manage it—on two separate occasions I ordered something and it arrived within minutes.One area that could be improved is the elevator system. They are often slow and usually crowded, so patience is required.     We went for breakfast. The service was o.k..The cofee had really a cheap bad taste.     When booked the room, I wrote a short message that if possible we would like a room with two separate beds and a view of the Culture and Science Tower. I was very happy that they fulfilled this. Fortunately, the room was ready in the morning, so we didn't have to walk around with our bags for a long time in the city. The location of the hotel is perfect in terms of transportation. However, the receptionist's reception was not the most pleasant. He was cold and without a smile, he was slurring his words, I didn't speak English well anymore because I forgot a lot... the guy didn't seem very helpful. This is essential in a hotel like this, he looked at us like what are we doing here.. I worked as a receptionist in a 4-star hotel for 16 years. Such a cold reception would have been impossible there. Anyway. I can list this among the negatives and maybe the fact that the walls and ceiling covered with foil in the hallway are very strange and in one place the carpet has even come off the wall. (I also saw these pictures in an October photo on TripAdvisor, taken by a guest). The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. There was a wonderful view of the city. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom toiletries were also very good. The shampoo made my hair silky. It was a very good and cute idea to hang up the small bag, for environmental protection. I can only speak in superlatives about the breakfast. The wellness has a cozy, friendly atmosphere, the water temperature was perfect, it is not thermal but warmer than a sports pool, so you won't get sick if you stay in it for a long time. The massage jets blow the water very strongly, I loved it, it massaged my back well. Last night we went up to the Skybar. It has a very good atmosphere, I had a delicious cocktail. The waitresses and the reception boy in the bar were very nice and attentive. When checking out, we went to a very nice receptionist lady with wavy blonde hair, she smiled, spoke nicely, and we were able to leave our bags for safekeeping until we left for the airport.
