    My husband and I were delighted with this apartment. Handy to everything - restaurants, food shop downstairs/next door was great. Had everything you could want for a snack/breakfast. Not too far from the railway station and ideal for catching the bus tour of the city.

    We booked 2 apartments with Air conditioning. One apartment did not have A/C and it was very hot as it’s summer now. The other apartment the shower was completed broken which they did not come and fix & even the location is not very convenient.

    The whole experience was so bad, that I don't even know where to start. Filthy, smelly apartment (you don't want to sleep on those bedsheets), totally not polite personnel, not client oriented, paid Wifi (in 2018!), a total mess with explaining how to find the location.Do yourself a favor, add 10 more Euros and find a different accommodation. You will save money on wifi, breakfast and a huge amount of nerves.

    Basic accommodation,but clean and downstairs there is a small mixed business shop so we could buy food to make in the kitchenette .But finding the location of reception to pick up the key was confusing and we had to ask a number of locals...luckily we spoke polish...and then finding our building was not easy either!Close enough to the old town...

    No mattress and pillow protectorSheet directly on very dirty mattressBed tiny and uncomfortable No daily housekeeping service (chargable) Extremely difficult to find No lift to 16th floorBleach and stained carpets in hallways Front office guest service staff unhelpful wouldn't change roomNo phone in room to call guest service Wanted us to pay an upgrade fee to change dirty and unsanitary roomHad to speak to a manager to obtain a clean room after several arguments The first room had a sky light window above the bed which couldn't be blacked out at allBathroom smelt very mouldy and dirtyRed mould in shower Some electrical sockets unservicableNo iron or ironing board provided Electricians requested access to room to carry out work whilst we were in situ Fire safety non existent with fire doors propped open throughout the property Not secure, front entrance propped open with brick.I would strongly advise against staying here. I've been to Warsaw many times and the branded chain hotels are excellent in comparison.
