  I have stayed here on certain occasions and always have a good time. There is something really special about this area. I like the shape of the building and the garden inside of this place. Around this building you can find a lot of restaurant and pubs pluse walking distance to Palac Kultury.Good customer service always offering a good price not comparable to local hotels. They looking after me and remember my name. Breakfast is also available with delivery to your room which I think is a nice touch especially for people who like eating in apartments without going anywhere.Thank you

  Overall impression is pretty good. Studio apartment was nice and clean with big terrace. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for simple cooking. Location is convenient, about 15 min walk from the city center. Lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Has free parking around as well as a paid one. Cons: would be great to have some napkins and wipers in a kitchen. We stayed there for 2 days but had tea and coffee for 1. WiFi isn’t free, they charge 4 her per day for it.

  Excellent apartment

  My son booked this residence as a birthday present so we were not quite sure what to expect. On arrival there was a little bit of confusion probably on our part as we hadn't read our instructions properly, but we arrive a couple of hours early and attempted to explain at reception that we had a couple of hours before check in and would like to leave our luggage to go and get a bite to eat. The guy on reception was very unhelpful and abrupt, rude even and even though we were in the correct building, what we didn't realise is that the apartments are owned by several different companies, but because we were booked with another company, we were simply told we had to contact the company we were booked with, what he could have told us was yes you are in the correct place just we are a different company, but for a while we felt we were stranded at the wrong residence altogether. When we contacted Agnieszka by text, we finally realised we were in the correct apartments and simply needed the gate code to get through to our apartment block. Once we knew the set up then we knew where we were. I think this fact needs to be made a lot clearer as it isn't a very warm welcome for anyone just arriving. From what we could work out, the apartments are owned by several different companies and as it seemed, all quite hostile to each other.When we got our gate and door code by text, we made our way up to our apartment we found it was spotless, everything you need and more. We were able to leave our luggage until our check in. The room was light airy and perfect for our couple of days stay. There is a huge walk in shower cubicle and toilet, four poster bed, kitchen area with washing machine, dishwasher, dining table etc, everything you will need for a comfortable few days. TV with Netflix apparently (although we never had the tv on). I also noticed that any toiletries or tea coffee etc left over from the previous occupants were left in the cupboards for the next occupants to use. Funny how its the little things that catch your eye!The apartment is set is a pretty quiet area of Warsaw so you will need a taxi ride to get to the Old Town which is where the majority of bars and restaurants are, although it is a walkable distance, the taxi ride wont cost more than 30zl which is around £6, but I would suggest if you get a taxi driver, keep his number, as finding a taxi in and around the old town was quite a task, the roads are pretty busy so flagging one down was almost impossible.I would definitely recommend this residence both for business and pleasure trips as the area was pretty quiet so perfect if anyone needs the time to work.

  Nice Apartment - Staff VERY, VERY unhelpful!

  Arrived at Oxygen Residence mid afternoon, difficult to access as the gate was locked, even though the security and receptionist saw us arriving (though the big windows accessing the building) they made no effort to open the gate for several minutes after we arrived. Upon entering what i would call a small hallway, security to the left of the main door, 2 receptionist to the right as we entered, no effort in welcoming us, no hello nothing, i gave my name, no communication, i was handed the access card, pointed out the gate code, the lift number, WiFi code and room number. Important to note WiFi did not work for the period we stayed. The worst check in i have ever experienced!

  DISCRACEFUL SERVICES

  Stay well away from this place. As soon as we arrived there we were told that we hadn't booked a room so we showed them our confrontation that we had already paid for the room. Then they said they could see it but it wasn't for there hotel it was for a sister hotel but we could still have a room at there premises. The staff attitude was outrageous with one of the male staff taking a picture of my girlfriend because she had rollers in her, hair. I seen him take the picture and then smile when I confronted him about it he said he never took a picture he must of found this amusing as this must not be what women do in their country. I just couldnt get over the attitude of the staff not welcoming at all if anything we felt intimidated by them. We left there as we didn't feel safe staying there do not book a room here unless you want to feel intimidated and scared.wr also had to book another hotel which we had not budgeted for we asked for a refund but was denied. One last thing when we booked we were not made aware that we couldnt check in till 2pm when we clearly knew that our flight landed in warsaw at 10:30am if we would of knew this tgen we would of booked a different hotel. Although i wish we would of now as these people ruined our break. DO NOT STAY HERE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR CREEPY STAFF. I REAPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE.(there is a lot more to say but I don't want to waste my time)
