Location

The hotel is located just 8 minutes’ walk from the central railway station, 2 minutes’ walk from Aqua Park and 500 m from the Arkady Wroclawskie shopping centre. It can be easily accessed from the south by motorway on the national road 8/E67.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 152 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Adequate but not the best.

    Average hotel. Reception staff quite cold in their approach. We booked breakfast and evening meal. The breakfast was fine- adequate. However the evening meal was odd. The staff seemed bemused that we had booked this. Never before have I not been given a choice. We were told to sit away from the other guests and then food just came to us. The two soup dishes were ok to start but the mains were not. No vegetarian option, no allergy advice, no children’s option. In hindsight, there is no need to book the evening meal as there are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. The hotel room is basic. In need of a good clean, especially the carpets as they were filthy. The beds were comfortable. Quite a noisy place accommodating lots of school children on trips who enjoyed running up and down the corridors until late. Location was fine- around a 30 minute walk to the old town.

    This is a terrible hotel. The breakfast was bad, the rooms were dirty; we saw a small insect inside the room. Staff also very unfriendly, we thought all locals in Wrocław are friendly, but those working in this hotel were not. Maybe they're from outside this beautiful city -- not coming back to this terrible hotel.

    The hotel is ideally located, it is easy to reach from the highway and it is located within walking distance of the city center. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, and beds were good. The breakfast buffet was extensive and well prepared. It is very nice that they offer parking on site.
