    We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and we have always had a very good experience. The service you receive is excellent as we have never encountered an unpleasant staff member and very willing to assist. Our flight was cancelled from Frankfurt and I informed them at the last minute, and they made a quick adjustment. We did use their service for returning to the airport and were very pleased as our driver was excellent. The food is very good at the hotel and again the service is fantastic. We would highly rate this hotel and enjoyed the executive lounge as well. Thank you very much.

    Ideally located to the central areas and the market. The hotel is large and well run. Breakfast was very good and the bar food excellent.Staff were great too.Room was comfortable and we had access to the lounge which was busy at times but good overall.     After five years, we finally had the chance to return to the beautiful city of Wrocław — and there was no question about where to stay. Based on our previous, consistently excellent experiences, DoubleTree was the obvious choice.What happened this time, however, exceeded all expectations. They have truly elevated themselves to what is, for me, the best DoubleTree hotel in the world — and I have visited quite a number of them across different locations.The pre-stay communication was on the level of a true five-star property — closer to Waldorf Astoria standards than a typical DoubleTree experience, if you ask me. A well-curated set of useful information was complemented by a genuine willingness to assist with anything. And when we did ask, they delivered — even securing us a window table at a fully booked restaurant on a Saturday evening.Of course, the hotel itself offers everything you would expect: clean and spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, and a beautifully designed building, both inside and out.
