    Accomodation, location, food, service and also the price is great. My parents stayed at this hotel and 2 days after check-out my dad realised that he left his wallet with all his documents (passport, ID...) and money in the room. They went back to the hotel and the wallet was at the reception unscathed (the room service lady found it). They were so happy!

    The room was clean, warm and had the basic necessities required. The location is perfect, very close to the Market Square and the Cathedral Island. It offers a great deal (great location + comfortable clean room) for the price you pay.     it was few days business trip to Wroclaw University and hotel was selected because of walking distance to the university. it is close to old town on island near by the bridge, and it is very noisy from passing trams, there were building construction activities near by with daily noise. we haven't try breakfast, because it was overpriced for usual hotel breakfast menu. in case if someone is travelling by car, i strongly recommend parking reservation in advance, because there are only few places and no possibilities to find safe parking place near by. room was clean and bathroom quite comfortable.     The hotel has an excellent location, but unfortunately, the room was disgusting. There was not clean enough. The shower curtain was not changed for years; the same as windows inside and outside was not clean. This is the worst hotel I ever slept.     The hotel room was good, clean and a good enough size. The location was good, just beside the Tumski bridge and not far from most attractions and only about 10 mins dander from where the airport bus stops.The check in was very quick, a look at my passport, I get my key and that's it. No other info, which would be good if you were in a hurry. If you weren't then you'd not be told about breakfast, the hotel or the area.I discovered on check out that people leave their keys behind the desk when they go out. Oops! Not sure what else I missed!One thing which I didn't like about the hotel was that when you go in the door you go in opposite the lift. This meant that I was able to go in the door and straight up in the lift without going past reception. I looked over at reception a few times before going into the lift and didn't see anyone there. Maybe they have camera and the lie to monitor things, but I felt that it would have been easy for people not staying in the hotel to get into it and up to the other floors.
