    It is a refurbished hotel dating back to the 19th century. I liked the location: being almost opposite made it easy to do a day trip to Ksiaz castle , the bus 106 stop to and from the airport (cost 4.5 PLN) is 5 min walk away. When staying in December it is a pleasant walk to the old town and Christmas markets. Walked everywhere. There are multiple convenience shops, cafes and restaurants nearby…be sure to checkout those under the railway arches in the road opposite. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We experienced no difficulties. Housekeeping does not come every day though the guest services book in the room explains that you can call reception before 10am to request it or there is a sign you can hang in the door. Not a place for someone who can’t sleep in the light as h the e curtains do not close. That means the room is not fully dark. Fortunately we were there during the winter so it was late sunrise.

    A good value hotel close to railway station and bus from airport. 20 mins walk to old town. Plenty of bars about 40 if you cross road to railway side turn right walk two blocks turn left and they are under the railway arches .

    Pros:- Location: (Walking) Wrocław Train Station (5min).- Bathroom amenities: Combined liquid soap/shampoo, hairdryer (1250w).- Complimentary bottles of water each day.Cons:- Neighbourhood feels distinctly unsafe; witnessed a drug deal nearby, with serious criminal incidents occurring in surrounding streets during our stay.- Breakfast was shockingly poor: expired milk and yoghurt (expiry dates passed) left unrefrigerated for hours, consistently empty juice machine, stale cakes re-used each day, cold and hard pancakes, visibly brown and spoiled fruit left out for days, and dirty, stained tablecloths reused daily without cleaning—overall unacceptable hygiene.- Room cleaning was completely unacceptable; glasses and cups obviously just rinsed and not properly washed, leftover food on floor from previous guests remained untouched throughout our entire stay, beds were left unmade even after housekeeping visits, and the shower drain was blocked by previous guests’ hair and grime.- Security extremely inadequate; reception frequently left unattended at night, allowing free access to anyone, including visibly intoxicated individuals entering and drinking openly in hotel stairwells, with no staff intervention. Elevators also had no security measures, enabling unrestricted access to all hotel floors.- Internet barely functional with speeds around 4 Mbps, severely impacting usability throughout the hotel (rooms, lobby, breakfast area).- Air-conditioning completely non-functional.- No in-room safe provided, adding further security concerns.- Street-facing rooms extremely noisy throughout the night, significantly disrupting sleep.

    Loved staying in this hotel. It has an olde worldly feel. The breakfast was lovely. The people very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again. It is right over the road from the railway station so very handy. Also very easy to catch trams from outside the hotel.

    Clean..simple. great location. Shower gead allowed water through 2 holes haha. Asked at reception and a new one fitted in minutes comfy, spotless. Great price. Coffee shop beneath is rocket fuel haha
