    The service is not kind. They do not let you go out of your room from 22:00, they tell you that you must come back to your room. I paid for a service and we didn’t like the treat of the reception. I don’t recommend it.

    Hotel is in a quiet place not so far from Wroclaw center and from the highway.TIP: if you are with a car, drive straight to the back entrance (51°7'32.62"N 17°4'11.94"E) as main gates are always closed for cars. At the back entrance take parking ticket, later during check-out replace it to the free exit ticket.Check-in itself was fast and smooth. Room on the top floor was spacious, very well maintained and equipped (air conditioning, digital safe box, minibar, tv, work desk). Air conditioning was silent (had to play with remote a bit). Window blinds made our sleep even more comfortable preventing from morning sunlight.Bed was twin rather than double.Breakfast was super: good selection and tasty.

    nice quiet hotel decend nothing special not thieves though very good prices very good restaurant, out of town its good if u have rent a car ,nice breakfast many options and very good dinner area nice wine friendly people

    The staff went out of their way to look after all the teams and officials! A big "Thank You" for their hospitality and putting up with our poor Polish! Hotel is a sports hotel with indoor sports hall, outdoor clay tennis courts, indoor pool though no gym with equipment. Great location for cycling, walking or running along the river! Quiet location too, though easy to order taxis to get into town. Rooms were good overall though some did not have air conditioning.

    Grate hotel member of staff are amazing! but we had one problem one of the room door shut on us so we couldn't get in the room stuck outside for 30 minutes but even though 5 out of 5! Thank you to everyone at gem hotel ;)
