    Another stay at this hotel — and the last one.

    I made the reservation through their website. I selected a room with a dog and all the available options. The price at booking was 1369 PLN.At checkout I was told I had to pay 2160 PLN.I refused to accept a price that was almost twice as high. The staff apologized and admitted I was right, but then said I still had to pay extra for parking — after the service had already been provided. In other words, additional charges are decided after the stay, not during the booking.The room itself also needs serious refreshing:TV mounted crooked and shakingno possibility to use Netflix or YouTubeIt’s a pity because I used to like this hotel. After this stay, I will definitely not return.

    Visited from Fri till Monday morning, when arriving the hotel looks so big and grand,very posh. The door opens itself. Lovely friendly helpful young man greeted us and organised for us to check in early. We had a very early flight to Wroclaw. He explained the times for restaurant and spa and explained how to get to.our room. We got to our room and it was small but perfect. Warm cosy and inviting. Beds super soft. Bathroom spacious. The hotel provided slippers and dressing gown. Some tea and coffee. Very handy info book in the room . Tram stop just along the road into town centre. Very easy to use avd very cheap. Breakfast very good selection although the hot food was a bit cold. Bread amazing and pastry brilliant. We never managed to get dinner in hotel as we wanted to eat Sunday evening there and was told there was a big party so couldn't get into restaurant. We did get told we could ha e room service. We the thought we would do Sunday lunch instead but again told food not served till 4pm. We went out in the end . We did make use of the spa and got a massage it was brilliant! Loved the hotel but would have been even better with a proper working restaurant with clear eating times.     A wonderful find close to Wroclaw city centre.

    A wonderful, accidental find. We were looking for a last minute hotel near the centre of Wroclaw and this did not disappoint. Beautiful building, nice cocktails and they even have a spa where I got a really great and reasonably priced massage. I would definitely stay here again.
