  Phenomenal, Unique Location & Near Perfect Stay

  If you're going to Wroclaw and trying to decide and a hotel save yourself some trouble and book this one. Id say this was one of the most charming, unique and romantic hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at.We walked from the train station and it was about a half hour easy stroll. The hotel is located on "Cathedral Island" surrounded by water, across the street from a stunning cathedral and very walkable. The main square is maybe a 15 to 20 minute walk away. This particular area of Wroclaw is one of the last gas lit places in Europe and it was a ton of fun following the lamplighter as he made his rounds lighting the lamps (he starts about 20 minutes before dusk).This property treats Accor status members very well, we received an upgrade to a deluxe room with a view of the river. It wasn't a huge room but spacious enough with a canopy bed with charming and ingenious "candles". The bathroom had a large walk in shower. Breakfast was a true event, do yourself a favour and allot a decent amount of time to enjoy it. Breakfast on Sunday was more like a high end brunch with the inclusion of unlimited sparking wine but it was very good on the weekday as well. There is an extensive buffet with everything from artisanal cheeses to pancakes and they also have an a la carte menu you can order off as well. There was also a grassy terrace with bar and food truck but the real piece de resistance was the rooftop bar. We were permitted to use our welcome drinks there and had delicious cocktails which they serve with small snacks of nuts and olives.We also took advantage of the spa floor; there is a steam room and two saunas and very nice lounging area with views of the city.   Good stay but a few areas need attention for it to live up to its 5 star rating

We were seated but never given menus so after a wait went to bar to get a menu which was almost chucked at partner!   I truly appreciate it when my loyalty to ALL is acknowledged and rewarded—thank you for making me feel valued.Our experience at this hotel was wonderful from the moment we arrived until the time we departed. The staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, always ready to assist. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the historic center, just steps from fascinating attractions and delicious restaurants, making it easy to explore the city.The breakfast was excellent with both buffet and à la carte options. All dishes were flavorful. The spa area is pleasant and offers a great view.Having stayed in several hotels in Wroclaw, I can confidently say that The Bridge stands out as my new favorite. Its comfortable rooms, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service made my stay memorable. I look forward to returning soon and experiencing it all again.   We had a wonderful time at the Bridge, MGallery! Check in was flawless, we had a room overlooking the church, which was spacious and super clean. We loved how big the bathroom was, too. We had breakfast delivered to our room one morning which was a feast - proper 5* quality. The bar was also lovely, great ambiance, and even better music. We ate in the hotel restaurant, CRAFT, on our last night, and food was fantastic. The hotel is a short walk to the old town (15ish mins) and it's situated in such a lovely quiet quaint 'island', which is wonderful to stroll around at night. The hotel is about 20 mins from the aiport, too. An Uber cost us about €18. If we ever return to Wroclaw, which is stunning, we'll absolutely stay at the Bridge MGallery again.   The best spot in Wroclaw

  A very good 5* hotel in Wrocław. Professional service from A to Z. The rooms are quite spacious. We always travel with Truffle (a small Russian blue cat) to hotels, and she really likes this one. And to be honest, that's very important. :) They take very good care of ALL members.As for breakfast, this time it was perfect, nothing to complain about. We were there a year earlier and on the weekend it was clear that there was a shortage of staff in the dining room (possibly a one-off). Very good food, à la carte menu. Flexible breakfast service, you can swap ingredients. There is plenty of parking space nearby, in addition to the hotel parking lot. My favorite hotel brand, and this hotel is at the top of the list (and I've been to dozens of MGallery hotels).
