  Not quite as I thought

  Staff were wonderful and rooms very clean. One of my main reasons for booking this hotel though was the advertised pool which I hoped to enjoy after work. This was not to be as its a baby training pool in the evenings. Also unfortunately no restaurant services available at this hotel either. If you are looking for a quiet hotel where you only need the room then this is ideal

  Clean, friendly place with courteous &professional staff, good breakfast, extra coffee. One night for a virology funding kickoff meeting in Wroclaw - Reisestelle placed me into the hotel nearest my meeting at university for half the price offered any where else and an absolutely first class experience. Thanks. Happy to come back next time.

  Great Hotel in a great location. Public transportation like streetcars or busses is just a few steps away.Delicious breakfast buffet with many things to choose from.Extremely friendly and kind employees who didn't hesitate to answer any questions.The swimming pool is a bit small and doesn't have full-time hours for visitors. They provide only limited hours in the morning or late evening only because Hotel is leasing the property from them.Overall, I will give 5 stars because they are renovating the majority of the rooms in order to keep up with customers' demands and trends.

  I mived from Hotel invite to this hotel after my surgery for air condition. Out of 5 nights booking aircondition only worked one night. They explained that as its April not summer and outside tem4is zero degree so at night the aircondition goes on heating mode making the already heated room hotter. During the day as windows cannot be open and as jalf of the wall got glass rhe heat gets trapped. Its nicer ourside vut i am not putsode I sleep inside and rented rhe room to be inside .The reception staffs gave me two fan to cool down and it blows the hot air ttapped in the room as windows cannot be opened. I paid for rhis service but i was unavailable. Staffs stays drunk and you can smell alcohol from them when rhey are on duty. Its a shame .the jettke i got in my room got mold in it. There us no intercom between the reception to room so for every query you have to call ysing ypur roaming data. The swimming pool time is 6 am till 8 am and 8 pm till 10 pm which family or kids go swimming at that time. Normal kuds dont go to swim before 8 am and after 8 pm its out if ved time. The 99 percent staffs do not know English. They dont know fans ate not called windmills. Due to sweting in a 40 degree tempature room my kids felt sick and ill tempered. The rooms are non refundable so we were stuck. The staffs tried hard they arranged fans but i did not pay for fan I paid for sir condition. The faculty says its an apartment and Ithe room had no fridge thankz to the staffs that they aranged one That means rhere is no exyra for other roomsBrealfast is minimum not even a toaster to toast breads WeiserHotel, Kierownik sprzedaży at Weiser Hotel, responded to this review Dear Madam,Thank you for your opinion. We are verry sorry for all inconvinience.As you have rightly noticed, the air conditioning system works in two ways: winter - heating, summer-cooling. Due to the fact that nights and mornings are still cold, temperature during the day is only a few degrees in the plus, the air conditioning hasn’t yet been switched to cooling. If in room is too hot because of the sun, you can always turn on air exchange on the panel (instruction is nearby) or use thick curtains.As you noticed, the staff did everything to make your staying more comfortable (for exemple: bringed you ventilators).I assure you that it isn’t possible that in work was a drunk personnel. Everyone knows the consequences of such behavior. Also, we want to add that the basis for employing receptionists in our hotel is knowledge of English at least communicative. In the standard 3 * hotel there are no requirements for refrigerators in the rooms. The hotel didn’t include any information in description on any portal that could indicate this type of equipment, so you can’t require it for us. About window, you can read in the main hotel description on the portal by you made the reservation. The pool opening hours are also specified in the hotel description (you can find it before booking) and in the welcome letter which we send after guest make reservation. Hour of opening (different that you write) is limited due to presence of a lifeguard for your safety. Also, we can’t agree with your description about our breakfast buffet. We have a verry varied buffet. On the shelf with breads you can find a various kinds , also toast bread. The toaster is located on the right next to the baskets with bread. We are sorry to hear that you have issued a negative opinion about the entire stay, especially that your stay has not ended yet. Especially that on your request, the air conditioning throughout the hotel has been switched to cooling in advance.After all, thank you for the opinion and we apologize for all the inconvenience that you have encountered.   Hotel is near tram and bussation; 20 minutes with public transport or 14 zloty with Uber taxi to city centre. Next to the hotel there is a KFC and BP gasstation with fresh sandwiches and good cappuccino's. We prefer to breakfast there instead of hotel. Much cheaper and good. Negative side of the hotel is that the doors slam very loudly.
