  nice hotel. i’m still here so i can say i’m enjoying my stay; the hotel is clean and the staff is professional and educated, they have very nice manners. my card for my room often doesn’t work which is kind of annoying but the receptionist is always amazing at replacing it and making sure it works. i don’t really know if the rooms are big like the photos showed, but they’re good and spacy enough. everyday the staff cleans the rooms and puts everything in place. it’s a shame the rooms don’t have a balcony because i really think it would be better if they had one. the inside pool is nice even if honestly it’s way too small for all the people in the hotel, so that’s a shame. the hotel inside is modern and the furniture is very cute. the breakfast doesn’t have 1000 options but still has a lot of food to choose between which is great, the only thing that isn’t really good is that the cutlery is very few, often leading to not finding whatever you need to eat. the food they make at dinner (often buffet) is delicious. the bar is amazing, the drinks are very good and the food is great so i recommend going there. also i think that the elevators (which are 2) are too few for all the people and when you need to use them you always have to wait because they are full. but besides all of this, overall in my opinion the hotel is worth it.

  Poor experience for the price

  Overall disappointing experience. One of the elevators was down so each going to the room implied waiting on a line. Our shower was broken and soaked our clothes and towel in water. In the evening we wanted to have dinner at the restaurant and though it was 1/3 occupied they told us it's full and that the waiting time would be 45 min or more (On a Saturday evening). The staff didn't seem to be worried by the guests experience even though we clearly expressed it on our check out.   A pleasant stay!

  The hotel was a good experience. Walking distance to the light tower of Sines. We had a room with a kitchen with a port view. The pictures of the rooms are new and fancy. Our room was not so fancy. It could be that the rooms with a kitchen were not renovated (yet) in sept 2021.Other than above the location is perfect. The breakfast is amazing. A lot of variaties and healthy. The staff had masks and gloves. The 2m social distance was also maintained every time.We would definitely go back!   Perfect experience. Very nice renovated hotel and room. Very clean. Great bed, great shower. Breakfast ok doesn't have 1000 options, but you still get to eat a LOT. That's all you need! Very keen staff kept my item that was delivered 10days before I arrived. People stop complaining, we're not on TV, we're not on "Master-Hotel" !!! Enjoy your holiday instead 😃

  Good experience overall, good hotel. Only con was that the cleaning staff would knock on our door every day at 9.30 to "kick us out" and clean the room, which is not very nice... other than that good experience!
