  Pleasant experience for a family

  Overall a good hotel. Friendly staff, spacious common areas, well landscaped pool, good breakfast and very good buffets. Rooms are clean but tea/ coffee making facilities would be welcome. AC did not work which made it uncomfortable on the very hot days (41° during our stay). Lots of families so could be a little noisy. However, for us it was perfect as we had our own child.

  Starting with the positives, the staff were lovely and very friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel / rooms was good. Unfortunately the air conditioning was nonexistent and from late afternoon through the night it was very uncomfortable being in the room and sleeping was a challenge. The outdoor pool was closed for an extended period (our entire stay) and access to the outside challenging with a toddler and pushchair due to the only access being through the indoor up a flight of stairs. The food wasn’t to my taste, however I’m sure it could have appealed to others.

  Pool bar closed!

  16h00, 33 degrees, almost 60 people on the pool and pool bar closed. Lobby bar with one table occupation and 5 employees bartenders behind the bar. We all quickly guess that one or two could easily be at pool bar. Some improvements could really be considered with service provider!

  Overall is to not to return there never .7:30 First thing in the morning walked to the restaurant for Breakfast full of exposed food a creature running from under a customer sofa to the kitchen put me immediately off to touch anything insight ! A RAT.   Overall a remarkable stay

  The hotel is located just outside the center in a quiet location. Although there were many guests, little was heard in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was varied and identical every day. We received friendly service throughout our stay. The spa and wellness area is separate, but extensive.
