    An amazing experience. The room was stunning, the breakfast had every option you could ask for, the pool was beautiful and we had no trouble finding somewhere to sit, and the staff went the extra mile to help you - especially Joao who was a massive help to me and my child at the end of our stay. I’d really recommend this hotel to families (with calm children) who want luxury. The only thing I’d change is that I’d like the pool to stay open later in the summer months when it is still light in the evening. I’d certainly come back here.

    Excellent stay in central Faro Hotel

    We had a fabulous holiday at the 3HB Faro. The hotel was everything we had hoped for. The cleanliness was excellent, cannot thank housekeeping enough for the amazing service they provided. We booked a superior plus room and it was huge.We had breakfast everyday and the choices were, again, excellent. We never ordered from the cooked menu as there was so much choice with the cereal bar, fruits, cheeses, meats, yoghurts, bread for toasting or rolls and a selection of sweet items, such as pastel de nata, to name but a few items! Our waiter Paulo was so lovely and kind and helpful it made breakfasting each day even better.The view from the balcony was a little disappointing, however, it is a city hotel, only 3 stories high plus the roof terrace, so it was never going to have fabulous views. We had asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what we were given so were happy to compromise with the less than interesting view!We had been led to believe that we would be dining in either of the two restaurants at the hotel but unfortunately one of them is only open as a snack bar in the daytime except for June-August. The other restaurant is an Italian restaurant. We found this a little surprising in Portugal but the staff were very helpful, allowing us to adapt the menu to suit our particular tastes and the fact that we do not eat meat.All the staff were extremely helpful and in particular, Ricardo deserves a special mention, as does David on reception who was always happy to sort any (always minor!) issues we may have had.We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Any negative comments relating to the hotel access should be read and ignored! The walk from the taxi drop off point is literally a few metres and the benefit this gives being in a pedestrianised area is more than adequate compensation.

    Just back from a wonderful trip to Faro staying at the 3HB. This was our first visit and we were not disappointed. Can’t thank Ricardo enough for all his helpful advice and patience. All the staff are so lovely and so professional. The rooms are beautifully done spotlessly cleaned every day, we enjoyed the rooftop pool and some bathing area everything you need is attended to. We also enjoyed the very smart spa and mini gym. Food was excellent every day… it absolutely met all our expectations …. just one final question Ricardo! ☺️

    I stayed at the 3HB Faro for 4 nights and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The hotel is new and it shows. The hotel has included items in the price (like the minibar costs and the gym and entrance to the spa and that was a really nice touch. The location is outstanding right in the center of Faro and very close to the old town and its many restaurants. The staff was always attentive and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. I wish that I could mention them all but I can't. I will call out Sonya one of the concierge staff who was very helpful with all advice even when booking restaurants over the weekend for a group of 20 people could not have been easy. The 3HB is on a pedestrian area of town so you cannot get right to the hotel with your taxi from the airport or train station but there are solutions for everything and this was NOT a problem. I travel a lot but this was my first time in Faro. I love everything Portugal and now I learned about Faro (first time) and the 3HB Faro. Really well done everyone and thanks a million.

    Just back from five nights at this hotel. I have nothing but positive comments. Very friendly, helpful staff. Substantial breakfast. Loved the view from the rooftop pool over the lagoons to the beach beyond. Amazing watching the storks nesting on the rooftops and perching on the cranes. Very convenient location. Easy stroll to the harbour in one direction and the old town in the other. Will hopefully come back in the not too distant future.
