This apartment hotel, located in a quiet and peaceful area about 3 km from the centre of Albufeira, is surrounded by pretty trees and planted areas and offers views over the landscape and its unique beauty. Alongside the natural beauty of the Algarve, this hotel is surrounded by landscapes rich in beaches (3 km), making it worthy of the title of an oasis. The famous Misericordia church and the Torre do Relogio clock tower can be reached by car in less than 10 min.

Facility

138 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Leisure options at the apartment hotel include volleyball, a spa and a sauna. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis, a gym, billiards and massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive.     Clean Rooms but Maintenance Issues and Surprise Deposit

    Clean room and decent stay overall, but the sun loungers were covered in bird droppings due to lots of birds. A £100 deposit wasn’t mentioned beforehand. Lights and aircon in the room didn’t work. Location is about 10 minutes from the strip and 15 from Old Town. On the plus side, reception staff were lovely and very helpful with our late flight.     Run down,unsafe and unclean.avoid at all costs

    The location isn't great with the closest shop 10 to 12 mins away.It's 4 stars may have been accurate once upon a time but the property hasn't seen any maintenance or upgrades in quite some time.The pool bar area had a green matting which concealed numerous loose or broken floorboards. There was human matter floating in the pool and the majority of the lifts in the building did not work. The balcony of our apartment had a loose railing which could have led to a serious injury. The Portuguese safe and clean rating the property holds is not merited and completely misleading. We left after the first night as i couldn't put my children at risk any longer. I felt sorry for the staff who were just doing their job but didn't seem surprised when I said we weren't completing our stay. There's better value to be had out there,cheap and cheerful it certainly wasn't.     Booked self catering room, both AC units were broken as was the oven. Cleaners come in the room even when you say do not disturb. Bird poo all over balconies. Charged 50€ tourist tax for a group of 7, and 100€ deposit.     We stayed in this hotel as a family of 5. There were a few positives but many negatives. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There were 2 single beds in the room, 2 hard couches and a pull out bed with all I can describe it as a very thin sun lounger cushion. There were 3 extremely lumpy pillows for 5 people. The air conditioning wasn’t working.All inclusive is NOT worth it. No cocktails available and just a small selection of drinks and treats for the kids. The food was good, with a good selection but it was barely Luke warm no matter how early you got there. No entertainment at the hotel. Very far out from old town/ beach. Need to get taxi/Ubers to get around. While the place is very run down and requires a lot of work- (everything was worn/ broken- a sign fell on top of us in the elevator) it was a very clean hotel.
