Location

Centrally located in Albufeira's tourist area, this appealing hotel is located some 10 minutes from the beach. The surrounding area is filled with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants, all easily reached within 15 minutes. The nearest public transport links are within walking distance. There is also a sandy beach in the vicinity.

Facility

The hotel has 2 suites and 82 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    location is amazing, shop, restaurants and beach all 10mins walk from each other, friendly staff especially the security man was very helpful! breakfast was lovely and bar food and drinks had good choice. Rooms clean, everything worked, hairdryer provided and views were beautiful. Very quiet at night which is perfect if you want an early night. As young girls me and my friend felt very safe and welcomed and can’t thank boa vista hotel enough and will definitely be coming back!     Back again for 8 days, had a brilliant relaxing holiday during middle of April. Room was clean, plenty of food for breakfasts. Great to see the staff again, as always friendly and say hello.     Hotel was clean but bit tired. It had no atmosphere and the staff, if you ever saw them were no overly friendly. Did their job but no more. Only there for B& B and food was as you'd expect from breakfast buffet. Barman was unhelpful, and the bar was poorly stocked.Pool and terrace tiredAt the lower end of 4* expectations But overall it was OK, rather than great and didn't do anything to affect our holiday as we just went out.     We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room, like the whole hotel, is very clean. The nights are wonderfully peaceful and the breakfast is varied.     Very disappointed with our 4 night stay, had to shower in cold water. Reported same to staff on duty numerous times but was ignored. We are truly sorry to read that your 4-night stay was affected by issues with the hot water supply.We fully understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this situation must have been, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. During that period, we experienced an unexpected technical issue with the hot water system. Although the main equipment was operational, the problem persisted, and an additional boiler was acquired in an attempt to reinforce the system and respond to the situation as quickly as possible. It was only afterwards that a rupture in the hot water piping was identified, which was preventing the water from reaching all rooms properly.We also regret that, despite reporting the issue several times, you felt your concerns were not handled with the attention and urgency they deserved. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments will be shared with the relevant teams so that we can improve both our internal communication and the way we follow up with guests during unexpected situations.Please accept our sincere apologies once again.
