This welcoming holiday complex is located on a hill, about 1 km from the lovely beach and centre of Albufeira, where guests will find plenty of shopping and entertainment venues. A small supermarket and a newspaper stand can be found in the immediate vicinity. A public transport stop is situated approximately 200 m from the hotel, while a bus station is 1 km away and a railway station 4 km away. From the hotel, guests will reach Faro airport in approximately 35 km.

Facility

18 rooms, including 11 apartments and 5 studios, are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. Amenities include a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Just know that with all of the trees and bushes around, expect creatures. We had a few visits from MASSIVE cockroaches and a beatle/spider crossbred and the ants are on a personal mission! They have surrounded the pool area, the shower by the pool. The archway. The stairs. They were trailing through the apartment. I couldn’t believe it. Though the property looks nice, for the reason of lack of pest control, I wont make a second visit.

Absolutely awful place to stay, pool and sun loungers are filthy. You can hear everything the next room is doing. VERY small room. wifi doesn’t work at all!! No staff on site at all to report any issues. No where to store your luggage or reception. No terrace. DO NOT RECOMMEND

COCKROACH INFESTED

AWFUL our room was full of cockroaches in the bathroom !!! Disgusting so we left immediately as they said they couldn’t help us until the day after which obviously wasn’t helpful leaving us stranded !!! no refund was given to us . Disgusting this place needs to be closed !!!!

We was due to stay here but we got a message from the property saying the pool is under maintenance so we requested to cancel which the hotel refused. We pleaded with them to cancel with a refund but they would respond no with no explanation. Eventually after talking to the agent we booked with, we was told they have another property they would accommodate us in that does have a pool, I agreed with the agent and was told to contact the property for the details. I contacted the property simply saying "please send through the details of the other property" they responded "speak to agent" I replied "the agent told us to speak to you which they ignored. A few days later I spoke to the agent again who said the property told him that they "tried to offer alternative accommodation but the client was rude to them". I literally only said "please send through alternative property details" so it feels they are just being as awkward as possible wanting to not resolve this situation. They still refuse to cancel and refund, they won't respond to me, they are trying to make this as difficult as possible. I now don't know where I stand, where I'm staying or what's going to happen when I turn up. Strangest hotel booking I've ever made so far. I feel very awkward and uncomfortable.

DISGUSTING AND RUDE

We arrived and there was no one at reception, no key for us and apparently no booking for us!!! We rang the number it had on our booking and the lady said give me five minutes I will call back. No call back. So I phoned again she said basically there was nothing she could do. Then another lady calls me... asking for our booking number and name. I’m telling her when she starts SHOUTING AT ME to SPELL my name as she speaks a different language to me. She was unbelievably rude!!!! All to be told we don’t have a room and there is no space for us. So we was left in the middle of Portugal with our cases and nowhere to stay! I just cried for ages until a brilliant hotel near by offered us a room. What an absolute scam. And to be rude on top of that! Disgusting. I’m sooo angry about it. What a joke. I will be telling EVERYBODY to never use this place and will be sharing all over every social media platform how the situation was handled and how unprofessional they are. Thanks for ruining our holiday that we worked so hard for!!!!
