    Holiday from hell !!!!!

    Major problems with staff trying to scam us for money calling us liers and making a scene on our first night and really upsetting my family. Lots of glass around the pool I even witnessed a young guy slicing his foot and staff informed him it was his own problem I really for the guy he was in hospital I can only imagine it ruined his experience. Overall staff is the main issue in this hotel as most other aspects were fine.

    Wouldn’t recommend this hotel glass in the pool my child foot got cut by glass I wouldn’t be going back. The staff were so ignorant and cleaners taking coins left in apartments .

    Quiet seafront hotel, good for a short getaway.

    We stayed 2 nights in this beachfront hotel. As it was quiet, Jose gave us the biggest apartment in the property. The apartment was spacious, clean & comfortable. Only issue was with the aircon which the remote control didn't function well. There are many restaurants & supermarkets within 10 mins walking distance, so no worries on food, beverage & snacks. The beach is just in front of the hotel. We didn't swim as it was a bit cold for us. We drove and it was easy to find parking on the street, safe as well.

    Stayed here last week. Accommodation was ok, but the service at the end of our stay was just terrible! The reception through out the whole week was hit or miss as to whether it was open or shut.On our last day, we had a late departure and was being picked up at 7 pm to get our plane, so we needed to put our suitcases in the locked up luggage room, as we were doing a final excursion.We asked the guy on reception what time he was closing and he said 7pm, so we said we would have dinner and come back at 6.45pm to collect our luggage, when we came back, at 6.40pm it was all locked up and we had no way, unless we smashed the door in to get our suitcases.As you can imagine, we were frantic, and our transfer was arriving at 7pm.Luckily, my husband ran around the local shops, and they found another owner of other apartments located in that building that had a key to the luggage room. Without him, we would not have got our bags back.The telephone numbers on the door of the reception go to other apartment owners, and they told us that he had done this before, and they had other people ringing them frantically the same.They have told us his name is Toze.We have opened a complaint with booking.com who is the company we used to book the accommodation.This is the first time I have ever complained about a holiday, but I was so stressed when we came back to find he had literally deliberately left us stranded with out our luggage, that I felt other holiday makers need to know what happened to us, hopefully booking .com can make sure it doesn't happen again.

    What a great home away from home

    This apartment have everything (and more !) ..plenty of room and facilities first class. The pool across the street was huge and fairly quiet (it was September !) but lots of loungers etc. The area has great restaurants, good big beach and bakery handy too. Would recommend
