  DO NOT RECOMMEND. We had booked 2 rooms for a group of us, on the very first night we came back and the room was filled with cockroaches . On another occasion a we were all in the pool and a very creepy man kept lingering, tried to drowned 3 of us and was very weird. Staff were awful. We checked out at 4am (no 24hour reception)and we had to leave the key in the room …. A friend had accidentally left her suitcase in the room after it been locked. Had no contact number or no1 on the desk . STAY FAR AWAYYYY (also the friends suitcase had been opened and clothes had been taken my staff) also no lift there was 10 stories

  We stayed here for a week in August and I would absolutely not recommend this place. If I could rate it 0, I would.One day we went out and when we returned our room was infested with cockroaches. There was no 24-hour reception, so we had no one to contact for help. Because of this, we were forced to stay in our friend’s room and sleep on the floor, as we could not stay in our own room. The staff were terrible and completely unhelpful.The atmosphere was uncomfortable overall — there were creepy people hanging around the pool, which made us feel very unsafe. There is also no lift, and we were on the top floor, so we had to walk up multiple flights of stairs every day.To make matters worse, we had to check out at 4am for our flight. Again, because there was no 24-hour reception, we were told to leave the key on the kitchen table. One of our friends accidentally left her suitcase inside and had no way of getting back in. She had to fly home without her suitcase. When she eventually got the suitcase back from a friend, most of her clothes were missing.Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Very bad management, poor security, no support, and extremely uncomfortable conditions. Would not recommend under any circumstances

  Stayed for Christmas read reviews but went for it got there room 7 ad everything we needed so don't go of wot u read otherwise u would never go away it cheap cheerfully I stayed in other hotels that were worse and dearer

  we arrived . no one to check us in and then after an hour of trying to contact anyone a man came gave us a key and then pointed to where the room was.the room stunk and was terrible. fridge didnt work sofa bed was filthy. no on in reception to complain to. very awful experience. do not book here.

  I could have cried. The first room . Room number 8 was stinky with a stained sofa bed. No staff available so had to stay in it🥹

  Arrived at about 8:30 pm. Had been ringing the number it said to call all the way from the airport. No one answered the phone. Got dropped off by the taxi. There was no one in reception. Kept calling the number but still no response. There was a couple more numbers to call on the reception so we tried those a few times then someone answered. They said that it wasn't their place so would call someone for us. No one came so we called love holidays help line. Then someone came. Gave us a key then left. We went into room 8. It was disgusting. Stinky. Filthy sofa bed. The man who gave us the key had left. We were hungry and tired. So very disappointed. The next morning a nice lady in reception said we could change rooms to newly refurbished one. So wasted the first morning sat on broken sun loungers by the dirty pool. There was a pizza box floating the pool. Throughout our week stay the pool never got cleaned. Room 4 was basic but was much better. Basic but it didn't smell. There was a sofa bed but no chairs to sit on as seen in the picture in the Web site. No outside furniture. We asked for some but didn't get any. By the pool there was only 7 sunbeds and no sun shades. The pool was in the shade after 12 noon. On a plus side there was always plenty of hot water and the location is about a 10 minutes walk to the beach exculater.
