  Great hotel in a prime location

  Perfectly situated in the centre of Sitges less than a five minute walk from the station, this hotel has it all for a break by the sea. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom was small and a little awkwardly shaped but didn’t impact our stay. The pool area is beautiful. The pool itself isn’t heated so is cold which I’m sure in the hotter summer months will be perfect. The beaches are just a short walk away too, as are the many bars and restaurants.

  Nice hotel. Good breakfast. The only two negatives are that the pool is not heated and situated in the shade so it’s like an ice bath and our rooms air-con constantly sounded like running water.Other than that it was clean, friendly staff and great location! I would visit again.

  Misleading hotel details that aren't correct when you arrive and no customer service

  The breakfast was a disaster, both days over the weekend! We queued to get in for 10 minutes and then we're disappointed at the lack of food.There is no where enough staff and food to cope with the hotel being full as it was this weekend, everything was running out before we even got to a table.We ask for various items to be replace and were told they were finished!!! There was another whole hour to go before breakfast finished and it seemed they just didn't want to replace items. The juices were all empty and never filled up.This is not acceptable and it happened both days over the weekend.Its a basic hotel but in a good location.But a real annoying fact is they turn off the air-conditioning to only let you have the heating on, do it was 10 degress one day and 20 degres the next, we had to leave the patio door open all the time to try to cool the room, which is ridiculous in this day and age, just for the hotel to save some money at the detriment of its customers comfort. I spoke to reception staff to advise them of our thoughts and all I got told was, they were busy!!As I said, you have been paid by each guest to get 5 star service from staff in the breakfast and its expected that the have enough food and drink to last over the weekend and not just say yes to us and other people chasing them for things to be filled up again and not be told that those items were Finished!!!Such a shame that the manager just makes up claims that every body else doesn't see it like this! Clearly the excuses just keep coming and as I said, it doesn't state on the hotel details that only heating is available in winter and only aircon is fixed by the management in summer!Its disgusting that they are controlling what their clients need in a room, we have 5 degrees one day and 15 degrees next and it was so hot in thr room we had to sleep with the doors open, which was annoying as that means you hear all the noise and at carnival weekend that goes on most of the night, which is great when you want to party but not great when you want to sleep. During the weekend mentioned, the breakfast service was adequately staffed, with additional support in place due to high occupancy, and items were continuously replenished until the end of the breakfast service. At no time were our team instructed to stop refilling food or beverages, and the service remained fully operational until closing time. Regarding the air-conditioning system, it operates centrally according to the season to ensure efficient energy use and overall guest comfort. On the dates indicated, the system was set in line with the prevailing weather conditions and the hotel’s operational policy. It was not turned off to reduce costs at the expense of guest comfort.   Perfect location. Great staff. Clean and well appointed rooms.

  This hotel is right in the heart of Sitges and is absolutely wonderful. We got the Tower Superior room that has a private terrace.The staff is amazingly friendly, speaks great English, and went out of their way to be helpful. For example, we wanted to send a postcard home, and they told us where to go to buy stamps, and then walked us down the street to show us where to mail the letter at.The hotel amenities are top notch. In the lobby they have a little fridge that you can buy drinks and bottles of Cava. We splurged on the high end bottles and it was absolute worth it. They gave us a wine basket and glasses for the room.The pool is obviously newly renovated and beautiful. The pool deck is great for catching some semi-private sun, they even have an outdoor bar to order cocktails and cava. The pool was not heated.We booked with the included breakfast, and it was really nice. The breakfast area was probably the nicest I have seen, and I travel every week for work. The food selection was really varied, with fresh juices, fruits, eggs, baked goods, coffee, and more. A really nice spread.The room was spotless and very well cared for with super high ceilings. In our room we had hand painted frescos on the ceiling. It was really stunning.The only criticism I have is the private terrace of our room. The inside of the terrace is overgrown with decorative quince bunches, and that takes away about 12 inches of much needed space. It was so cramped, we couldn’t sit out there without moving the table inside, and then we had no where to place our glasses and cava. Still a 5 star experience, but they should have that trimmed back on the inside as to not impede seating and enjoying the terrace of the tower.We would absolutely stay here again.
