    Stuff missing from my suitcase

    Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. On the last night i had realised one of my tops was missing from my suitcase after the cleaner had been. I contacted the receptionist who said he would ask the cleaner the next morning. i explained my flight was this evening so wanted this resolved before however this did not happen and they said they would post it back to me if they got it back however this did not happen

    Avoid this property if loud dance music will bother you until 4:00 in the morning. The hotel is in front of several open air night clubs. We did not realize the noise problem would be so bad on the 6th floor. But it is loud. After 2 sleepless nights we moved to another property 2 minutes away with much nicer accommodations at the same price that also included breakfast.I asked the manager to consider a refund on the unused nights and she rudely refused. Beware.

    It’s a mixed bag! As usual, it’s better to do a list of the good and the not that much, but to be fair, it’s more or less what I expected for the amount paid.So let’s begin by highlighting the best:- Great location, for both the daytime and nighttime activities.- Good breakfast for the budget you’re paying for.- Nice staff; very attentive guy the day of check in That’s all!The CONS:- Really, really, really very bad bedding and “pillow”, if you can even call that one. Quite bad!!!- Old and not well kept, though very spacious bathroom, which is not common. - A bit noisy, but if you get a room not facing the street, you shouldn’t have any issues.I’d say I wouldn’t go back, since sleeping quality is very important for me. But it’s not expensive, which is not common in the area.

    If your looking for a relaxing place this is not for you. Although you get what you pay for while clean it’s out dated. Beds lumpy not vey comfortable. Certainly fine for someone here to party. The disco is directly across the street and sometimes making loud noise until 5am! Get a room up or out back! Breakfast minimal but nice. Hotel Next to direct route to the beach . Bus stop close by to get to Lagos or Faro. Staff friendly all in all OK but expect simple and bring ear plugs!

    I stayed here with my teenage daughter for 4 nights. Our hotel room was facing the nightclub which was really noisy If you kept the patio doors open. We couldn't sit on the balcony as it wasn't private and was overlooked by the people sitting outside the bar opposite who could look directly into our room.We were on the 1st floor and mostly had to keep the curtains shut when in the room.It's just a 2 minute walk to the beach. There is no pool in this hotel so nowhere to sit in the sun . We booked it without checking this.The staff on reception were very helpful and we were unable to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked. This hotel would be perfect for those wishing to use it as a base for socialising but not for those who want to just relax. I wouldn't book to stay again mainly because there was no pool. It was dated but clean.
