The hotel has 310 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     Lovely stay at Falesia Mar

    My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in May 2013. Our apartment was basic but nice, we had a small kitchen area which had a fridge, the hob, a coffee machine and the usual plates cups and cutlery. We were provided with a safe which you pay a deposit for, it came in very useful. The swimming pool is freezing, and if you want to spend the day by the pool make sure you get up early to put your towels down on a sunbed as they get taken up quite quickly. We were self catering and were given directions on the first day there as to where the nearest supermarket was, we ended up going quite far on our walk to this large shop but we found a closer smaller one on our last day there which is hidden - you go down the drive, turn right and follow the path round to the left. There is a path/road along there to the left which brings you to the supermarket, saves walking about 20 mins up the road and having to carry a lot of shopping back. The hotel has its own private beach area, to get to it you have to go down a load of steps by the pool. The sand grains are bigger than normal so its best to wear something on your feet otherwise its a bit painful to walk on. You'll want to have a good rest though as you can only go back up the to the hotel the way you came down, think theres only one bench to have a rest on the way up. We went for a walk down to the coast which was nice, had a lot of souvenir shops and cafes. Lovely restaurants around this area, there is a pizzeria right opposite the hotel which is really nice. Overall we had a lovely stay at Falesia Mar and would be happy to return.
