Location

This endearing hotel is located directly in the tourist centre surrounded by scores of shops and other entertainment venues. It is just 300 m to the magnificent sea, beach and the Vilamoura marina and 200 m to public transport connections. Restaurants, bars and pubs are just 50 m away and it is just a stone's throw to some vibrant and lively nightclubs.

Facility

4 junior suites, 7 suites, 240 single rooms and 255 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. A projector is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special convenience in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, golf and horse riding. With windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a casino.

Meals

The hotel includes a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Diet meals and gluten-free meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Great stay in a newly revamped hotel for Hyatt. Location is perfect. 5 mins from beach and marina.Very friendly and supportive staff. Great service. Smiles all round and a really pleasant experience. There could be some final tweaks/improvements still but overall exceptional.Decor was divine.Bed so comfy and un general the room amenties overall are. The Hairdryer was even great quality.Breakfast was vast and vairied, so much to chose from. Great egg counter with delivery direct to the table but the hot food buffet was not so reliable for keeping food hot.The pool was a little cool as well on first 2 days but warmed up after that.There is vollebally and paddle tennis courts and a great gym open 24 hours and recreation room. We did look for the indoor pool and there was signs but was told thats not in yet.Also its a little deceiving on the bills in the lunch terrace restaurant. Its a suggested tip % at the end, that could be mistaken as the the final price, which happened us and then we left a tip on top.Overall a great stay. We will be back!

    Excellent hotel, breakfast great, pool area good could easily get a sunbed. Rooms lovely and spacious. Great atmosphere we were luckily enough to be there for the opening party which was amazing.
