    Our family stayed at the EQ hotel for 4 days in early April. It's easy to see why this is rated by visitors as the #1 hotel. It's a beautiful space with great rooms (we stayed in 3010) and excellent staff and situated very well in the heart of KL. The breakfast selection was plentiful with foods to suit all. We loved our time there and if were are lucky to visit KL again, we would definitely be staying here.     My adult son and I stayed at EQ Kuala Lumpur from 22 to 25 April for a short getaway.Although our arrival was delayed due to airport luggage issues and a train disruption, the team quickly made us feel welcome. While there were a few initial hiccups with our room, Duty Manager Ruben handled everything promptly and professionally.What truly stood out was the exceptional care from Ms Aslina, Director of Guest Experience. She personally reached out, met with us, and ensured all our concerns were addressed. Her warmth, attentiveness, and dedication made a lasting impression on both of us.
