  Mid May Stay - Would recommend and stay again great staff, great hotel, good location

  ​⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Mid-May Stay ​My husband and I stayed at the Jupiter Marina Hotel in mid-May. The adult only hotel wasn't overly crowded, which made for a perfectly relaxing atmosphere—we never had trouble getting a comfortable seat on the roof to read and take in the lovely views.​Breakfast: The breakfast offered a great choice of options and everything was of very good quality. ​Rooftop Terrace: Absolutely loved the comfortable round beds and sofas. The pool bar snacks and drinks were excellent quality and very reasonably priced. While the infinity pool itself was slightly chilly, it was useable!​Serenity Massage: Hands down one of the best massages I have ever experienced. Absolutely worth the cost.​Location: The proximity to Portimão town is a big plus and makes for a very nice walk. The 3D Fun Art Museum nearby was great fun! It’s also around a 15-minute walk to Praia da Rocha past the pretty marina. While the beach/town-strip is nice with a good choice of restaurants, it is definitely more touristy than Portimão town itself. Top tip download bolt app for taxi back.​Room & Spa Feedback:We stayed in a high-level deluxe river view room 305. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and it featured a large balcony with a nice view of the river. However, due to the rumble strips on the road below, it gets quite noisy when you are out on the balcony. Even louder if you have Aircon on in the room! The balcony doors are also not fully soundproofed, so you can hear road noise at night and when nearby doors are closed. We would choose an inner courtyard room next time for a quieter experience. Would be nice to have more comfortable balcony seating.​Additionally, while the beds were clearly good quality, they were slightly too hard for my personal preference. The hotel could really benefit from keeping some memory foam toppers on hand for guests to request. Especially elderly guests. Great pillow choice on offer.​The spa facilities (pool, steam room, and sauna) are beautiful, but they charge around €17 for a 50-minute slot. This felt a bit steep for hotel guests; it would be better if they either extended the time slot or reduced the fee for residents.The staff were all quite young but spoke good English, were always smiling and helpful ..a credit to the hotel!​Overall, a wonderful relaxing stay and I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay in a Jupiter hotel again!

  Algarve hospitality at its best.

  3rd time staying in this hotel and 4th trip already planned. Cannot fault the location, hotel or the staff. 10 min walk either direction to the centre of Portimao or Prai da Rocha beach. This place has everything you want from a relaxing holiday. Standards throughout the hotel are impeccable - cleanliness, all staff, facilities. Special mention to the crew in Adare rooftop bar. These guys work extremely hard but always take time to interact with guests and genuinely look to enjoy their work, a credit to their management. Quality and variety of drinks, food, and atmosphere all first class. Cannot wait to return. Thankyou again.

  Great hotel! We have just returned from a wonderful week in Portugal. We couldn’t fault the hotel. Helpful and friendly reception staff who helped us book day trips, friendly restaurant service and bar staff who remembered our drinks order and were always smiling. The hotel and rooms were kept clean and tidy throughout. Excellent 3 course dinner on our half board booking. We didn’t have time to use the spa but would definitely return to the hotel and book in for our visit. We would highly recommend this hotel if you would like a stress free time.

  Good value for money hotel, we stayed 10 days and I could’ve stayed longer! Will definitely be back. Rooms are always spotless after cleaners have been, one thing I will say is the location isn’t the best if you want to find restaurants quick but if you walk 10 mins down the down to Praia da rocha there is loads

  Having stayed at this hotel last year we decided to return with 4 other family members, and once again it did not disappoint, we all had a wonderful time, we stayed on a H/B basis and we all thought the food and the service was really good, all the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, most of them remembered us from last year which was really nice.On this visit we all had a rear facing room as we found the front facing room a little noisy by passing traffic if you sleep with the patio door open, no different in size but we did have sun beds on our balcony which was top floor last year and the view is better.Our visit this time was for 10 nights and we will return,
