Location

This hotel is located in the centre of Lagos, just 300 m from the beach. It is roughly 19 km to Portimão. Faro airport is approximately 80 km, whilst Lisbon airport is some 300 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 45 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

    This hotel should be 3 star not the 2 star advertised. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great WiFi, location great, only a short walk to marina, bars and cafes.

    The fact this was our 2nd time staying here probably says a lot. It's location is, I believe, it's primary selling point. It is within the old town, which can be quite busy, but it is situated on a relatively quiet street, just off the main square. The rooms, although basic enough, are quite comfortable. The rooftop terrace does offer a quiet suntrap and there are views of the river. Breakfast is quite varied and the attentive staff are friendly. Check in was welcoming and friendly, with a very knowledgeable receptionist, as were the other folk filling this role over the week.

    Absolutely awful hotel. Walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in next rooms, corridors, doors banging on closure. Maids are so loud outside bedroom door every morning shouting and clattering about with hoover. Had to check out early as couldn’t stand it any longer. There are much nicer hotels and same price as this one. I would avoid at all costs.     After a very long trip with transfer from lisbon airport we arrived at the hotel. Hotel is beautiful, price cannot be beat! The front desk staff was wonderful ( a woman). The room is spacious could not ask for anything more. We had a balcony going out to the back which was quite and nice. The bathroom was of an interesting color but it was wonderful, no issues. Water pressure was fantastic with all the ammenities. This is a 2 star hotel but felt way better! The hotel looked tiny but it was quite spacious and large. The breakfast allthough small in variety in comparison to others was delicous and more than enough. The staff was wonderful as well. The location could not be better maybe not the exact center but very close to everything and around the corner down the stairs is mammamia cafe with yummy food.
