  What can I say great hotel great location staff brilliant from reception bar staff and cleaners all very nice. Rooms are all you need with great facilities for cooking and the washing machine was a bonus. Happy Hour from 3 to 6 every day pint of beer €2 half price. On our stay was my wife's birthday the Maid Margretta had left a card and a bottle of Cava nice touch. Pool area was clean but could do with fixing a few rocky slabs. The pool was cold but refreshing. This was our first time here but we will definitely be back.   Blatant lies in advertising

  Booked here for 2 week holiday, chose it because it states in advertising that there are no batchelor/batcherolette groups. This is blatant misadvertising as the place had loads of male/female groups here, very obvious stag/hen parties. I dont mind noise if people come in late night early morning and just go to bed but when they keep moving things around and a bunch of females running along corridors at 4 am is not acceptable. Poolside rules were not adhered to by any member of staff ie non smoking and quiet areas. Poolside bar starts music evryday at 9.30 to 10pm. Bit repetitive but if kept to lower level it is acceptable. We were not only couple to have problems.The apartment itself and surrounding areas were lovely and well kept and staff usually very quick to sort any problems we had in apartment.This is not the place to come for a relaxing,quiet holiday and they reallyneed to start telling truth in advertisements Liliana Luis, Serviços ao cliente/atendimento at Natura Algarve Club, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.   Well equipped and friendly but need to sort out the deposit system plz!

  Rooms - although slightly basic and dated decor, are spacious, and super well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Washing machine, kettle toaster microwave , plates and glasses and cutlery , drying rack and each room has a patio/balcony. Nice pool area and little cafe. Pool is not heated though so at the start of May was pretty chilly. (Refreshing some might say)Staff are friendly and helpful. Couple of things I was not happy with-Their literature says no large parties but there was definitely large groups of lads and even larger groups of ladies. This can get quite noisy , especially late at night when they are coming back in.Beware of the sprinklers! We had to leave in early hours for a morning flight and got soaked on the way out! Not great start at 4 am! Security deposit!! This hotel is still in the dark ages with this. It was 100 euros per person (there was 4 of us ) and they only take cash, so if you are unaware when you arrive you eaither hand over all your holiday spends or have to run up the street for an atm!) and then you have to get your room checked by a staff member at departure to get your money back!!! ( again not great at 4 am. Then of course you are left with 400 euros that you need to take home again!!! Get a credit card machine like normal hotels plz!!!! The deposit is fully refundable at departure, once the apartment has been checked, as part of our process to ensure everything is kept in good condition. Nevetheless we are happy to inform that we are already looking into alternatives to make the proceess more convenient and seamless.We also appreciate your observations regarding other aspects of your stay. Certain operational elements, such as garden maintenance, are part of the regular upkeep of the property and operates automatically at set times.   I've stayed at Natura 6 or 7 times before either with my husband or on one occasion with my adult daughter. This time I was travelling alone and felt Natura would be the perfect spot for my first solo holiday. From the moment I arrived til I left I was more than happy with my decision. As always the staff were welcoming and friendly. I had requested a ground floor apartment and it was so convenient for accessing the pool each day. The rooms provide all you need and while a bit dated the price reflects this and I would have no hesitation in returning. The area is generally very quiet although Thursday & Friday were a bit noisier due to the arrival of Stag & Hen groups.
