Location

This friendly apartment hotel is located in the tourist area of Olhos d'Água, only 500 meters from the nearest beach. A good selection of restaurants, bars and local shops are all within walking distance. Public buses and taxi rank are just 50 meters from the complex. Just 3 km from lively Oura, 5 km from main town Albufeira and 30 km from Faro International Airport.

Facility

English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. 2 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Another fab holiday in Olhos staying again at the fabulous Oceanus, highly recommend this place, the staff are so friendly, rooms are spotlessly clean, the location is perfect, plenty bars and restaurants the pool is lovely (quite pool)

    Great location a small walk to the sea. Not the most amazing views 😬 All in all very clean modern rooms but the beds are so uncomfortable I’ve woken with hip pain every morning and my elderly parents have back pain so the beds are not good. The pillows are lumpy and poor making it very difficult to support your neck. Apart from this the hotel is a great location - it has 2 pools and an indoor one but you’ve got to wear a shower cap so I won’t be venturing in there 😄

    Absolutely fantastic time at this hotel for our first holiday to Portugal. The staff were so polite, kind and helped with every question I had. It is off season so it meant that my children had the pool to themselves most days and they loved it. Amenities are very close to the hotel so we bought food to cook in our private kitchen , while also venturing out to the local restaurants. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment with 5 of us. We all had a very comfy single bed with plenty of room for us. We could also see the sea from our balcony. The cleaners came in every day to make beds and change towels which was more than we expected for the very low price that we paid for the holiday. We also had two bathrooms which is perfect for a bigger group. The hotel was so clean and well thought out, with everything we needed. Don't get scammed by the meter taxis outside the airport. Oceanus have a voucher system where you can book a transfer through them for a flat rate. We paid 60 euros for a minibus taxi to the airport. There is also a taxi rank outside the hotel for cheap taxis to Albufiera etc. I want to return to this hotel for another holiday soon, it was perfect for our family. Well Done to Oceanus and all their staff.

    This hotel was a nice but certainly not 4 stars. You had to pay extra to rent beach towels. You had to pay extra for swimming caps otherwise you can’t use the indoor pool. The rooms were also very dated.

    Second visit to Oceanus and it's just perfect! Fantastic location, big rooms and super comfy beds. Is very clean and tidy and ALL staff are happy and friendly! We were on a B & B basis and it set it us for the day. Would recommend!
