  Location was fab. Half an hour from airport & a few quid in an uber to get to the old town. We walked down but was all uphill on the way back, with a double buggy it wasnt great. Quiet Location, great for families. Is cheap and cheerful. Room was massive and very clean, changed/fresh towels every two days, bit dated but so. Alina the receptionist and Diana at the bar were lovely girls. Indoor pool was great. Outdoor pools were spacious and kids pool wasnt deep atall, very safe. Food from the pool bar was good. No entertainment for kids day or night, however we went out of season (march/april). Outdoor pool wasnt the cleanest. Two Receptionists didnt have great people skills (older brown haired lady & blonde one). Can't complain too much as that was our only issues. Would defo recommend.

  I had not many complaints but there is a couple WiFi was terrible cut out all the time and the pice of a bottle of vodka in a regular shop about €17 in this one it was € 28 so quite a difference there was a woman that was super polite on front desk and I can’t fault the cleanliness of the apartment

  worst place i’ve stayed yet. upon arrival my girlfriend and i were hit with a €200 deposit which in my opinion seems pricey- not sure if its due to us being younger than others however i didn’t see that price mentioned anywhere ( i understand different places have their own prices/deposits) and for 2 young people thats quite abit of money taken upfront, especially for the quality. we booked a studio room and was given a top floor room with a balcony which was great, until further inspection- we had to sweep the floors from previous guests where there was built up cobwebs, hair and crumbs on the floors, we had to rewash plates which wasn’t pleasant, and the walls were either crumbling or mouldy and painted over. the balcony door silicone was FULL of mould, of course they’ll be dirty it’s outside however it had literally turned black, and to top it off there was bird sh*t on the windows- again its outside but not what you want to see looking out the windows. this hotel advertises alot of facilities that they no longer have, or we didn’t have access to, such as a bar/nighttime entertainment, a game room, snack-bar, restaurant, coffee shop, pool with view, breakfast, or an outside dining area. the “shop” that they offer at the hotel is pathetic, it simply had 3 chocolate bars, pool floaties, cleaning supplies, and quite literally a “couple” of drinks (non-refrigerated, and not even a singular ice-lolly) following that, the rules are either confusing or a joke, some signs read that you cant even take food items bought on site down to the pool? the pool was filthy anyway, it was full of dead flies and bees and leaves. we asked reception staff if they had an indoor pool like advertised and we were told they don't have one, but then unfortunately we found it on our last day so we didn’t have chance to use it so thanks for that. we checked out of our room a little early (our fault) as we didn’t want any complications getting our deposit back, but then was told we weren’t allowed to wait in reception until our transfer arrived so had to sit outside of the hotel at 2:30am in the cold, which is not safe for 2 young girls at all, no matter where you are. “24hr check in”, you can only check in after 3pm and have to leave at 11am.

  worst hotel i have EVER stayed in. advertised as having a “indoor jacuzzi and pool” which were told was not here no more which was a lie so we didn’t have chance to use it. Advertised an indoor game room which is no longer here, there is no hotel bar which is also advertised. Mentions only food and drink bought at the pool “snack bar” is allowed at pool to which the “snack bar” was closed our full vacation. advertised a “mini market” which sold water, capri sun, pool floaters, cleaning and hygiene supplies and crisp and 3 different chocolate bars. No ice cream or refrigerated drinks. States food and drink bought from said “mini market” is not allowed by the pool, and no food or drink bought outside to be near the pool. This meant you were not allowed to bring any drink or any food near as the “snack bar” was closed. It is not permitted to use floaties or bring any ball near the pool. The pool was full of leaves, dead flies and dead bees and was not cleaned once whilst we stayed here. (6 nights) When i entered my room there was a dirty plate and i had to sweep the floor as crumbs and hair was left on the floor from previous guests. upon arrival we were asked for a €100 deposit each which would be understandable if they had the facilities advertised which they did not. please reconsider booking somewhere else if you are a young family or young couple as it is a VERY boring resort. it also looks NOTHING like the pictures.
