    We (3A 1C) have just arrived back from a T3 apartment on the ground floor. The space is huge! 3 large bedrooms and so much storage space. The living area and kitchen area are spacious too. Kitchen kitted with all amenities and large fridge with smaller freezer to the top. Reception were very helpful in advising us on supermarkets not the corner shop ones the proper ones and also we encountered a couple of minor issues being ground floor ants came in but we contacted reception and very quickly a lady came over to deal with the situation and left us some ant killer incase they came back, the oven has been cleaned so many times the numbers and settings have rubbed off but this was a quick fix simply asking the maid for direction. Pools are great, upper pool by the snack bar and we tended to use the lower pool it was a quieter area. Apartment itself as mentioned was huge. Some updating required yes but honestly I think some minimal changes would make all the difference, the pictures in the room are very old and sun marked, the bathroom could probably use a regrout and the tiles by the front door renewing and curtains updating but these are minor, the place was spotless, the maids came daily we only let them do it a couple of times as we tidied up as we went along and were so fast but cleaned everything, Definitely a great place to stay, gardens were beautiful everywhere, reception very helpful and polite, cannot comment on the snack bar as we didn't use this service.

    A group of ladies in 2 separate rooms - 1-bed and studio apartments with a pool view. Rooms were clean and had all we needed for our short stay. Lady on reception was very friendly as was the lady in the bar. We didn’t eat here so cannot comment on the food. Walk to the marina was around 20 mins. It wasn’t a difficult walk either there or back.For what we paid we were happy with everything

    This was our fourth visit, and again we were not disappointed ,We were staying in an apartment with a pool view which we had booked again, and we were looked after by everyone involved in our stay.Dora and Carmen on reception made our stay great, with a seamless check in and all questions answered making our time so enjoyable.We were booked in with half board and Paula as before made our visit memorable ably helped by Manuel and Daniela.The food was excellent and we are still talking about the coffee and fresh fruit for Breakfast as well as wonderful choices for evening dining.The apartment was well looked after with fresh sheets and Bathroom & personal care changed regularly!Finally we are both hoping to make another visit next year as its our “Go to”Place in the sun.

    Lovely grounds, peaceful setting. Two wonderful pool areas. The main one was best for families; the other was quieter and better for adults who wanted to snooze and read or listen to music. Water was pretty cool, but refreshing.We had one bedroom apartment. Well equipped, very clean. A bit dated. We don’t normally stay in apartments, so didn’t use the facilities apart from making team and coffee. 15/20 min walk to the marina, so fairly convenient. And loses the noise you would get if staying closer.All in all, a nice surprise, we would recommend.
