  Bad place, NO AIR CONDITIONING. In the bathrooms it says it has air conditioning, but it doesn't exist, or rather it exists only in the common rooms, but it is very low and they don't even turn it on. In the rooms that are very small of course there is no air, some are equipped with a fan, others not, of course I came across the one without and I spent a terrible night. I asked the reception if it was possible to have a fan and they said they had run out of them and that it was my problem if I was hot and could not sleep. (Late June with 40 degrees, you could not even stay outside) I would also add that the kitchen stank and was always dirty. The only positive thing was the pool.   Very friendly staff who gave us all the facilities and some suggestion to eat. A clean and quiet place. The best value for money. The ideal place to make routes through the Algarve. The neighborhood is humble but clean and, at no time, was there any problem.The 5 star would have given it if the shower water had come out warmer, although given the dates it didn't matter much either.It's not a 5-star hotel, it's not worth it.   Horrible managment, dirty place.

  The only thing i positive was the person at the reception.I booked a bunk bed in a male dormitory and got one in a mixed dormitory. This is not what i booked and payed for and nobody asked me before if i would agree on that when they made that change. I felt quite uncomfortable since i don't like mixed dormitories. They said that they had no more availability in a male dormitory and for this i will ask to get part of my money back. The bathroom and showers were dirty and a health hazzard. I am a frequent user of pousadas all over the country and never had problems like this. Poor and careless managment. I am sending very explicit pictures of the bathroom...i am still waiting for an answer to my complaint and obviously money back. I will forward this to our health and safety authorities.

  Very noisy!

  Booked for a couple of nights not knowing there were to be about 100 children staying the night. Very noisy. If I had known this before I booked, I would not have stayed. It is also a fair distance from the beach.

  We wanted to stay one night around the lagos area so we ended up here. We paid €51 for three persons for one night, we got a room with 4 bunkbeds. The beds were okay, but the only problem was that there was no air conditioner in the room. You got free wifi (also in the rooms) and breakfast is included!
