Location

This apartment hotel is located just 500 m from the idyllic fishing village of Alvor. The wonderful sandy beaches of the Praia de Alvor are only 600 m from the hotel. There is a stop for public transport just in front of the hotel.

The apartment hotel has 31 apartments, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise.     Seaside stay in february was a highlight of our trip!

    We booked for one night as we were visiting around the island. We ended up staying for two nights as we loved the view, the service, the huge king bed, the artisanal decor of the hotel, the easy parking and the location which was so close to most everything we wanted to do and see at the end of our trip. It was sunny everyday we were there and being able to relax on the sun deck and hot tub while looking out to the sea was a highlight of our trip. I will definitely be back!     Thank you Santa Barbara Eco-Beach Resort for an amazing stay. We had a wonderful time. The private hot tub and the amazing surfing beach were fantastic. The breakfast was world class and the dinner with local Azores ingredients delicious. We explored the island and followed your advice for eco places to visit. We had just the most wonderful time.     Very beautiful experience--but please add rugs to the rooms.

    Beautiful hotel and lovely experience. We had breakfast there every morning, which was good. Dinner was okay. The beach bar was fun. Very easy to get around the island with a rental car--and good roads and easy to navigate. One thing hotel should note--the floors in the room are very slippery and there are no rugs--which is very hazardous, especially with the hot tub on the deck. My husband and I both almost wiped out.
