Location

This complex is located 2 km away from the beach, the sea and the tourist centre, whereas the nearest shopping facilities, nightclubs and bars are situated only around 1 km from the hotel. It is some 60 km to the airport.

Facility

English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Sport

The spacious pool area, which includes 3 outdoorpools, is a great place for guests to relax and take a refreshing dip. Even on cool days, swimming is always at option at the indoor pool. Kids can splash around in one of the 2 children's pools. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include volleyball, crazy golf, snorkelling, water aerobics, table tennis and callisthenics or, for a fee, diving. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a casino.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Half board is offered as a catering option. A generous buffet awaits guests at breakfast and dinner. Alternatively, dinner can be ordered à la carte. The apartment hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Was a little hesitant as I havecstayed here before but had a private villa, My friend and I arrived 24th September and from the moment we arrived , it was great , tge gentleman on reception was so helpful and friendly, when our apartment was ready , we was taken up by the curtesy car,Our apartment D4 was wonderful, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, only little criticism the mattresses were hard, Can't fault the staff in pool side bar, another Wonderful holiday to beautiful Carvoeiro.     We absolutely love this place! It has everything, multiple pool options, one with a bar , aqua games , music , food etc. Another pool area with a very small bar which was handy but not too much! The pool was much quieter but still lovely people and atmosphere. Our apartment was beautiful! Modern , clean, well equipped. We had a minor issue with our shower but someone was out to fix it straight away. We were helped with our bags / shopping on the first day without any issues! This resort is in a perfect location, around a 20 minute downhill walk into Carvoeiro town and around 5 mins in an uber which was usually around €4. There is also a beautiful italian restaurant opposite the reception which we LOVE! We will back here very very soon, not one complaint 🫶🏼

    We’ve been coming to Carvoeiro for around 30 years and use this place as a base for quick drinks, changing or a handy taxi drop off point. We were here in June and was genuinely pleasantly surprised at the service and food quality. Sadly, now it’s August and the bar and restaurant area are back to their normal sub standards…There is an older guy who works there who is excellent and really wants to make it nice. But the girl who served us (reluctantly) at 6.45 on a Wednesday evening was just dreadful. The food standard has dropped again and do not attempt breakfast! We ordered breakfast for 5 people and it was ALL inedible. Why can’t they serve decent food and drinks and stay open beyond 7pm??

    We will be back! So many aspects of our stay were positive. On arrival we chatted to some nice guys at reception. Our apartment was way better than expected- spotlessly clean, hairdryer & straightener, full kitchen, comfortable living room and a nice back outdoor area with plentiful privacy. We were a minute walk away from the lovely pool area. It is a very big resort area so you need to be prepared to walk or drive. The single recommendation we'd have would be to increase signposting to the accommodation areas. On our last night we ate in the restaurant opposite reception. This might just be our highlight. In addition to good food, there was an excellent singer entertaining us AND best of all a seemingly resident cat doing the rounds. We only wish our stay was longer but we definitely plan on returning.

    We were very disappointed in the distance our apartment was from the reception and bar! If we had known this we would not have booked!! After being given our keys to the apartment we were given a route map to take our heavy suitcases out of reception over some roadworks that were very hazardous as there are trip hazards everywhere by the shop, we then had to carry our cases about 100metres up a steep road going away from the complex, around two bends, and then a further two hundred metres around more roads to take you into a gate to the apartments, this was not a good start to a holiday that is supposed to be relaxing! After staying at Vale De Milho Village, Monte dorado and many other accommodations in Carvoeiro this was by far the worse accommodation we had stayed in due to the location, the Apartment itself was just okay, it was clean and just basically equipped, the balcony was shockingly small with flaking paint on the handrails looking out onto a small pool, the bar by the apartments pool was not opened during our stay so you had no other choice but to walk all the way back around the roads if you wanted anything from the bar or the shop. In my opinion the complex is run in two businesses, if you have a villa then you have use of the amenities around the reception, shop and trattoria, if you have an apartment you are two hundred metres away as the crow flies from the reception but you can’t walk as the crow flies so you have to walk 300 odd metres all round the steep incline roads to get a drink or access the shops. For this reason alone our holiday wasn’t enjoyable as we aren’t the fittest people approaching 60years old.
