    Amazing people, excellent service, great hospitality and extremely kind. I do recommend this hotel for your stay at Lagos! The rooms are also great! You get everything you need.

    Not great. Very old hotel, disappointing buffet breakfast. Worst of all the all night drunken revelers all 4 nights we stayed there. Would never stay in the center of Legos again. Earplugs didn't help.Much better places in Portugal to visit like Salema or Porto.

    Andreia at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She gave us a hard time checking in and offered no help or solutions. Her colleague came shortly after and checked us in with no issue. Andreia called us “stupid Americans” in Portuguese assuming that i dont understand the language.

    This place is pretty basic, you stay here for the great location, breakfast is pretty decent too. We had the room on the top floor that had the view of the ocean which was great but all rooms on top level share the whole balcony, other rooms get their own balcony. The rooms could do with a little fridge and kettle.

    2020 review . This is a centrally located Indian run hotel which has the room doors pulling open into the narrow corridor.Is this a fire hazard? I don't know. What I do know is if someone steps out of their room whilst you're walking in the corridor, the door hits you in the face.My room had a bathroom window that rattled loudly in the wind. I could also see where the previous occupants toiletries had been standing.With covid19 a concern I was worried.I found the staff uncooperative, and paying 76€ a night, I wouldn't describe it as cheap. I would however describe it as one hotel to avoid.The best thing I can say about this hotel is after paying for my room I left and didn't stay there.Yes, that's how bad I think the hotel is, I didn't even sleep there.
