Location

This complex is located in the tourist town of Armação de Pêra approximately only 50 m from the beach. Shopping areas with boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. Links to the public transport network lie about 300 m away.

Facility

The apartment complex has 105 apartments, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a TV room, medical assistance and a fax machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Other services include a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.     Don't recommend this place .arrived and tried to take a nap when we realized one of the pillows had what looked like a sick stain on it .Safe had no way of opening or combination .You had to duck to use the kitchenette as there was a low part of the ceiling .Reception closed up at like 7 .Bar wasn also closed .There was construction all around the area outside which wasn't the hotels fault ,but was the cherry on top .As well you really feel like you have no privacy with other over looking apartment balcony and not much of a view .also no lighting in the hallway outside our apartment which felt very unwelcoming to arrive to .We left after the first night and spent the remaining 4 days of our holiday elsewhere .There was no refund for the days we didn't stay ,they never even questioned it ,or apologised .

    Perfect place for families if you do not expect 5star hotel. Absolutely amazing location: beautiful beach, Lidl, restaurants. Our room was equipped with big enough fridge freezer, electric hobs, microwave, stainless steel pots and frying pans, TV , air-conditioning. Big balcony with table, chairs and sun lounger. Everything very clean. Management and cleaning ladies very nice and helpful. I hope to go there again.

    We arrived late as our flight was delayed, around 11.30pm, but there was a notice on the door with a number to call to check in, a very nice lady brought us in and showed us to our apartment on the 3rd floor.I was very disappointed, it is so outdated, but decided to wait until morning to properly check it out.I suppose you could say it had everything you needed, but so outdated, plug sockets very scarce, and only two at the hob, others are behind a sofa and under a desk. We had to ask for a hairdryer and iron. It also has a shower curtain, so the floor was soaked every time we had a shower. On the plus side, there is air conditioning in the main room.Reception is strange, the front door never seemed to be open, and a notice on the door tells you they close between 1 and 2. you have to ring the bell and whoever is at reception opens it for you, we were given a code to enter from the side of the building.It is in a very good location, so it’s a pity that it’s allowed to be so run down, there is quite a nice reception area with a bar, that was never open.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    Absolutely awful in every way, more like a downtown back packers hostel...but worse.A scenario which ended up costing me €200 after refusing to pay a€58 euro "upgrade" a bully of a manager turns up who calls the police, then stopped our taxi transfer to the airport very aggressive, scared my wife. Having had to deal with the police in a foreign country who's English was non existent also whilst trying politely to put our case across was incredibly frustrating. Probably our 12th time to Portugal but have to say this experience has put us off and will never return. All I say is places don't get much worse than Rosamar 1 .

    The apartment is outdated.The extra booked room with sea view, was a joke, since the sea wasn’t visible to us.It was very noisy.At least it was clean and the balcony was huge.The ac worked fine.
