This apartment complex is located in Albufeira's leisure district, within 150 m of the nearest beach. Links to the public transport network, shopping venues, bars, restaurants and nightclubs are all to be found in the immediate vicinity. Due to the position of this complex on a hill, access is gained via a flight of steps, making it unsuitable for those who are less mobile.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 90 apartments located in a 4-storey main building and a 6-storey auxiliary building. This apartment hotel has a lift and a reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. Further amenities include a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter and WiFi are provided as well. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The apartment hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace.     The hotel was in an ideal area for the night life and beach that’s the positive out the way, the pool was getting filled a hose pipe, extremely cold, concrete slabs to sit on in the rooms, it’s like a maze to find the rooms, room wasn’t cleaned once, safes had no locks a lot of stairs, all concrete, breakfast horrendous practically non existent, everyone had to pay €100 each in cash, given back once rooms were fully checked, on a hill, avoid if any mobility problems Overall a hotel to avoid

    If you want a cheap base only for stag/hen do’s for only a couple of hours sleep and don’t wash frequently this is the place to be - straight onto the strip and beach, location is literally the only good thing about the place.I don’t blame them for charging a security deposit sadly most people who go there couldn’t care less about being respectful, HOWEVER, take a card payment to protect both parties! Cash only is a joke, I think we only received ours back, ( other than the fact it was cleaner than when we arrived ) was because we took pictures before and demanded a receipt!A toenail was stuck in the wall and one of the wardrobes stunk of urine where some desirable clearly forgot where the toilet was!Can’t complain about the noise that’s what was expected, so if you want a quiet night definitely not for you.Staff were as helpful as a stubbed toe, we asked several times for clean towels, judging by the comments they rely on not changing them so they can use that as an excuse not to return deposit! They were rude from the start, but they did book us a 4 seater taxi for 5 of us so that was super helpful!!!Moral of the story is it’s cheap and stay if you want to be close to the beach and new town, can ignore the cleanliness and go out smelling like you’ve had a wee shower this is spot on for you, for us I wouldn’t return even if you paid me!

    Ideal for a Stag/Hen do. Close to the beach and new strip, 45 minute walk to old town or a couple of euro in a taxi. We had a sea view room which was nice room it's self served it's purpose bed and shower. Pool was small but had a bar decent when the sun was out. 100 euro per person deposit when you arrive but you get that back when you leave once room check completed. Would go again.     The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my lifetime. The staff are the most rudest I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Stuck me in a broom cupboard was supposed to be terrace. An when u make a complaint she shurrded her shoulders nothing to with me.     After reading all the bad reviews before we come here on the 25/04/26 for 3 nights on a good friends stag do I wasn’t holding out for much. But i was very suprised actually the hotel was clean and tidy didn’t here any noise other than a bit of singing in the day from other stag groups(we enjoyed that 😂) great location to the beach and strip. 2 min walk away down the Hill BJ’s cafe was great for a full english. The only reason i’m giving it 3 stars is the young lady checking us in on the Saturday (25th) was very rude to the group who was causing no trouble at all and was very police. Shame she wasn’t polite, Maybe a bit of customer service training on how to talk to people wouldn’t go a miss. Other than that it was sound and would stay again.
