Location

The hotel is situated in the quiet area of Alporchinhos, just 350 m from the picturesque beach of Nossa Senhora da Rocha and 3 km from the famous beach of Armação de Pêra. Public transport links are 300 m away, it is 700 m to the nearest supermarket and the nearest restaurants, bars and pubs are 2 km away. It is 50 km to the airport of Faro.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 185 apartments located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, 185 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The apartment hotel offers outdoor sports, including tennis, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, snorkelling and diving. For sports enthusiasts who wish to work out indoors, billiards is available for a fee. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with air conditioning, a dining room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. The hotel also offers snacks.

    Just about to leave after a week’s stay at the Uniko Terrace and we don’t want to go. Real quick negative if you arrive to check in after 12am you have to go to the sister hotel around the corner would have been nice to have known that prior as we spent 10mins trying to work out where to go. After that we have had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back next year. The staff are exceptional from the pool team/entertainment team / and especially the restaurant staff. Out daughter suffers with allergies so we have never gone all inclusive, but decided to give it a go and we were not disappointed something every day for us and a massive shout out to Beta your the best thank you so much !! and our favourite chef Fernando. All the staff have been amazing.Thanks again Ukino 👍👍

    I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews especially as I was travelling solo.Stayed 4 nights. The appartment was huge! Everything I needed and everywhere was so clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I loved the food too , very tasty (tasted better than it looked in all fairness). Lunchtimes were my favourite. I stayed by the pool mostly but there were three beaches nearby. So pretty.You didn't disappoint and worth every penny !

    Wow where to start! Firstly, as my first ever time staying in the Algarve, and at Ukino Terrace, I’d like to say it was an absolute privilege to stay here. Genuinely I am delighted and really pleased with my stay, making my holiday an enjoyable experience. The highlight, and the reason I enjoyed my stay even more, was how incredible, amazing and professional the Entertainment team were; they really made not only me, but my whole family feel valued and welcomed. The activities and entertainment was phenomenal! I appreciate the amount of hard work they put into their roles, and how personable and friendly they all were. I got slightly emotional leaving and saying goodbye to Ukino Terrace, because I had the best possible experience, ( hugely because of the entertainment team and the friendliness of the workers within the company) the food was great, the scenery and the people, it was a lovely atmosphere and I made lots of memories and captured brilliant moments! I came to Algarve, Portugal with just my family; and I went home gaining many friends, many memories, and moments that will stay with me forever. To Ukino, and especially the entertainment team - I cannot thank you enough for making my experience, a great experience and a wonderful place to visit. Hugely recommended!

    Firstly, ignore any bad reviews. I was so anxious on the lead up to this holiday because of some of the reviews! Everything was lovely. Good variety of food each day, so much cheese! Staff are lovely! Entertainment team were amazing. Special shout out to Anna, Diogo and Adriana. Such lovely people.Sweet spot was lovely in the evening and all the staff in there are lovely.Location is great, beach at the end of the road is beautiful with a cave that you can walk through into another stunning beach and nice bars in the area too. 20 mins or so in taxi to albuferia! Make sure you download Bolt app because it’s only 10 euros each way to get there. We also got 6 rides with 40% off come through whilst out there so it was even cheaper! If you book a cab with reception it’s around 30 euros so don’t do that.Apartment was huge, we had a two bedroom apartment.People that moan about this hotel are obviously too high maintenance! It’s a 3 star hotel! I would deffinately say it’s more 4 star in my eyes. I have been to worse 4 star hotels. Such an amazing holiday to celebrate my mums 50th and we will be back!

    Excellent location, not far from beach and easy access to town area via a trolley bus.Spacious, clean, well equipped apartment with friendly and courteous staff. Bonus is Sweet Spot cafe on site offering variety of snacks, meals and drinks. Highly recommend
