  Last day of 12 night stay.Stayed insistent H11 which was very well kept everything spotless and everything you need for a great holiday. Beds were amazingly comfortable and had plenty of great nights sleep. Could not fault the place small balcony overlooking garden and pool area that had the sun on it from 9.30 until 7 o’clock in the evening great sun trap. Garden and pool areas very quiet and kept immaculately clean and tidy. Will definitely be coming back here again. Thank you very much Albufeira Rentals.

  Not a hotel just private rentals

  This place looks nice but that is where it ends.It is not a hotel it is private apartments some of which are rented out some are fully residential lived in all year.Therefore you get typical Portuguese people. which means dogs yapping all hours of the day. An owner might decide to do some DIY at some ungodly hour and Portuguese people do not talk to each other they shout...loud.If you want a lay in this is not the place for you because if they start work at 7am the whole block knows.The apartments are well equipped but unless the owner provides sunbeds you have to lay on your towel to sunbathe...and word of warning ask if your intended rental fronts the road there has been several break ins at this and neighbouring complexes which means you dare not leave patio doors open if you are out of the room or not close the shutters if you leave the apartment.   Clean and Secure - not sure about the Location

  We booked this last minute when another apartment let us down. Even though we booked it through Booking.com it was essentially a private rental. Even though I travel a lot these always make me nervous as there is usually no ‘reception’ as such and it always seems difficult to get the keys and you don’t get your rooms cleaned. Plus in this instance they wanted a crazy €300 euro deposit which I had to chase the return of when we got back. The place had two entrances, luckily I had called the manager and got her on the phone to our Taxi driver so we knew where we were going. The manager came and met us with the keys. It was a secure gated complex which you needed a key to get onto the complex. Our apartment was great. Location – not so great, about 10 minute walk from the strip and about 30 minute walk to the beach. Apartment – large and modern. Full kitchen but even though there was strict rules about doing the washing up and taking out the bins when you left there was not any dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid provided. I always find this odd as think guests would be more likely to wash up if the stuff was there. The bins, I was told, were just outside but in fact you had to go over the road to the car park opposite. We had one double bedroom which was huge with a balcony (two reclining chairs) shared with the sitting room, it had a double wardrobe which smelled really musty, I think the owners must have known this as had provided a free standing rail in the room too. The safe didn’t work. The main bathroom was large with a bath/shower/sink/toilet. It was fine. The second bedroom was twin beds and there was a smaller shower room next to it. The sitting room had proper sofas and a tv plus loads of books etc. there was also a full size dining table and a table on the balcony. The pool was nice but there were no sun beds. I think this is because it is a private complex. I guess we could have carried the ones from the balcony but seemed like a faff. We departed on a Sunday and the manager’s office was closed, this meant we had to leave the keys in the apartment and could not get out deposit immediately. The key situation was a nightmare as I had to walk up to the gate with my hubby, prop the gate open, run back to the apartment to leave the keys, but then our pick up went to the wrong entrance which meant we could not get back through to meet him. It was just a faff. Also I had to chase the return of the deposit. All in all it was fine, the location was no good for us but the apartments themselves were lovely.

  Excellent Location

  Very spacious well equipped clean apartment, rooms are huge, beautiful pool and grounds.Reception is in estate agent office at front of building, receptionist could not have been more helpful.There is free WIFI in and outside reception office. Excellent location near beach and lots of local bars and restaurants minutes away. The strip is also just a few minutes stroll.Only criticism is there are no hire safes but complex is very secure and area very quiet.Best apartment we have stayed in for a long time, we will hopefully be returning next year.   Great apartments but not a hotel

  This is a great complex, well positioned for restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. All of the apartments are privately owned and some apartments are rented out by either the individual owners, or via rental agents. The office which many consider to be the "reception" is in actual fact the real estate and rental office of a local company called Garvetur, who manage the rentals for a few of the owners. The complex do have rules in respect of ball games around the pool and in respect of loud / boisterous behaviour (a security guard is present 24/7 during summer months).This is however not a hotel.
