Location

This hotel enjoys an ideal location, only a few steps from an adjoining golf course, 5 min from Carvoeiro and Caneiros beach. Guests will find the nearest restaurants and bars and links to the public transport network just 1 km away and it is 5 km to Lagoa. Portimão, with its shops and clubs, is 13 km away and it is 15 km to Praia da Rocha and Silves Castle. Albufeira is 20 km and the resort is within 45 min of Faro International Airport.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 80 apartments and 22 single rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The apartment hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Stunning resort with the kindest staff, nothing is too much!

    Our first time staying at a 5 star resort, nothing was too much. The staff were lovely, rooms were lovely and really clean. Food was amazing! (down side some things weren't available, but April is low season) The breakfast was honestly to die for. Cocktails were so good & it is very family friendly.It was my birthday over our stay and the staff were so kind and brought me a cake at breakfast and a glass of bubbly & some chocolate strawberries and a bottle of bubbly to the room.The kindness certainly didn't go unnoticed & we are already eager to return. We are hoping to come back this year in October 🤞Also the grounds were beautiful, the indoor pool was great - jacuzzi & sauna too!Room service available all night 😄 The entertainment in the evenings at dinner was really good as well, kept the kids occupied!     Arrived back just over a week ago and we were delighted with everything from start to finish. The apartment was spacious with excellent facilities and the location was ever so relaxing. Staff are professional and friendly and its just a lovely area.If you are venturing out Ubers are cheap and quick to arrive if you want to head into any of the local towns. Personally I love Portugal, the people are very welcoming and would happily return to this hotel in the near future. We were self catering and it was ideal in every respect.     Disappointing communications - not a good start !

    I have to say I have been terribly disappointed with the communications received. I booked two double rooms and an apartment via love holidays well in advance and a good cost. For some reason , a young family of four were assigned a one bedroom apartment following a transfer from a previously booked accommodation. Upon realising , I contacted the hotel to be told that a two bedroom apartment could be booked for an extra cost of 30 eu per night. I found this highly disappointing given that the holiday had already cost me 6500. When I went back to the Hotel I was told I would now have to pay 65 eus per night for her two bedroom apartment as it was now a pool view and not a garden view (which I would have preferred anyway). All in all I have found this a disappointing start and in my opinion it ought to have been made clear what sleeping arrangements were in place for a young family of four in a one - bedroom apartment !     Lovely Hotel!

    We have just returned from a lovely holiday here. The staff were the best bit, they were so attentive and helpful, they couldn’t have done more for us! The apartment was spotless, the cleaners clearly take their time and it was really appreciated. The indoor pool and spa are both lovely. There is a good selection of food and they are more than happy to make changes if you need anything different. The food was lovely. The gardens were beautiful and really well maintained. They also had a good selection of children’s English channels such as Disney. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel. We had an amazing holiday here and the staff really made you feel at home.
