    The hotel is in a good location close to bars,shops,restaurants and the centre. Check in was polite and efficient and I was given a twin room for sole occupancy.Room 217 on the second floor.Hotel has lifts.The room was spacious,comfortable single beds,side tables,plenty of clothes and hanging space.Armchair,table,fridge,A/C,TV. Bath and shower.Selection of toiletries and hairdryer.No kettle in the room which would have been welcomed. Bottled filtered water in the fridge which there is a charge for.The buffet breakfast was simple but adequate.There’s an outdoor pool.Good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming.

    The hotel is in a great location making it very easy to walk into town for meals and tours. The staff was very kind and always willing to make recomendations for places to go see. The hotel provides dark colored towels at the lobby for tours to the hot springs. Some improvements that could be made that we noted: Our A/C didn't seem to be working but we opened a window which worked for us. The shower would change from scalding hot water to cold and didn't seem to stay consistent. Breakfast was lacking. There was no variety from day to day.

    Very conveniently located within 5 minutes from the main Ponta Delgada area. Quite nights despite the window facing the street. Breakfast was excellent with fresh products (many locally sourced).

    Azores get aways set us up with this hotel. Perfect breakfast and location. However lower score due to lack of friendliness and warmth of staff. Can’t recall if we saw a staff smile in 4 days. Don’t expect a welcome drink like we got from other hotels in Portugal. Still a great stay in a clean hotel with a queen bed.

    We had a wonderful 9 night stay here. The staff throughout the hotel starting at the front desk are helpful, efficient and so easy to deal with. The hotel is close to a huge variety of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The hotel is very clean and cared for. Our room was comfortable and had lots of closet space which is rare and appreciated. Breakfast was good ... hot and cold food options. We had dinner in the hotel a few times which was great as well.
