  Perfectly acceptable accommodation and great value. It’s particularly convenient for the beach when you want a quick swim.The shared kitchen may appeal (I didn’t use) but it was spotlessly clean. My room (3) did get a little noise from people moving around upstairs. So try for a top floor room if this might bother you

  I stayed in this guest house for 5 nights and was in room 3 which is at the top with a lovely little private balcony. The second steps are quite steep but I managed easily and I am no mountain goat! It has a huge and very comfortable bed, wardrobe and shelf for storage. The shower room is roomy with a great shower and lovely fluffy towels. The whole place is spotless. There's a shared kitchen and living area with everything you could want and each room has a shelf and door tray in the fridge and a cupboard - very organised!! I enjoyed sitting on my balcony and either looking at Port Pim Bay or the little street below. It was really quiet and peaceful and really safe. If you are lucky, which I was, you may hear the Cory Shearwaters calling at night - it's quite magical. Faultless stay with fantastic and very helpful hosts. You will also be eligible for a 10% discount on trips with Naturalist and you must go on the trips if you can - they are out of this world. I would highly recommend this guest house and room number 3, unless I am planning to stay!

  Probably the best guesthouse in Horta.

  This nice blue painted guest house in Horta is well located between the centre of the town and the small beach. It's rather new with a well equipped kitchen to make your own meal which you can enjoy in the livingroom. The reception is nearby, at the office of Naturalist with whom we had a great whalewatching trip..

  The room and shower were very good, bed was comfortable and the use of kitchen great for evening dinners and breakfast. Giselle and Jose were extremely helpful and made me feel straight at home. Location wise it’s very close to the marina and all restaurants and it’s right on the Porto Pin beach if you feel like a dip.Will definitely return!
