Location

The hotel is centrally located in Ponta Delgada, the capital of São Miguel Island, also known as Green Island because of its natural resources. This hotel is minutes from University of the Azores. From the hotel, visitors can easily access beautiful lagoons like Lagoa do Fogo (Lagoon of Fire), Lagoa das Sete Cidades, Furnas Lagoon and many others. Ponta Delgada is the tourist heart of the Azores Islands, a cluster of Portuguese islands in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Museums and monuments are everywhere, and the historic streets connect everything from museums and churches to shops and restaurants. Right across the island, visitors will enjoy breathtaking views. Its huge first-class marina harbours boats from all around the world. The city's nightlife attracts people from all over. In the evenings, especially during the summer, people stroll along the seaside promenade Infante Dom Henrique Avenue.

    The location was good if you like to be in the city. Parking is a bit tough. Nights can be noisy if facing the street. No tea of coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was crazy and cramped and not many choices. It took forever trying to get food. We would not stay here again.

    I was very pleased by this hotel! As the town itself is small, I found that I could easily walk to the main drag, a shopping mall, and even a pineapple farm easily from here. The staff were all very professional and friendly, and they cleaned my room every day. The price was great, the breakfast was decent, and the bathroom was nice, clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked very well (I was here in the summer). And did I mention how friendly and clean everything was!? I hope I can stay here again!

    3 stars well located in the center of Ponta Delgada, recently renovated and very clean.Great for those who plan to spend little time at the hotel and don't want to spend a lot of money.The breakfast is not very rich.Hotel have the attention to offer us a bottle of Champagne and raisins for the New Year.Excellent option!

    We were here almost 2 weeks, the accommodation was fine, clean, cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly, whether at the reception, or in the dining room and cleaning. We feared breakfast from reviews, but whether we went to breakfast right after opening, or much later, it was always warm (roast, bacon, ...) and good yogurt. There was less to choose from, but it was enough. The hotel also has a small private car park and free large parking is available nearby. We were satisfied

    Located on a small street a few minutes from the town center this hotel exceeded most of my expectations. Very helpful front desk, room was just like the pictures with excellent housekeeping, quiet, very good wifi and comfortable bed + strong A/C. The TV in the room has numerous English channels, the weak point is the breakfast buffet which I though was very poor. Coffee was awful and the bread was just dough and no taste.. perhaps this is a culture thing, scrambled eggs had no flavor. Overall I would recommend and would return.
