    Location was perfect right near beach and a 5-10 min walk to the bars.Apartments were spacious, had a double room and 2 twin beds in another room. Kitchen area worked well and a big balcony. Shower was great. Was all updated and clean. Pool area was good and in the sun. The hotel staff are amazing and very nice.     Ok apartment room with sink, microwave, fridge and sideboard. The shower didn't have a curtain so the water leaks out into the bathroom, which doesn't have anywhere to drain from there. No tea or coffee or little cartons of milk in the room.     Lots of pros -however general manager was shocking!

    We recently stayed at this apartment in Benidorm and had a mixed experience.On the positive side, the apartments themselves are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The general staff were genuinely lovely—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made a big difference to our stay.Unfortunately, the experience was let down significantly by how an issue was handled by management. During our stay, the hotel had no hot water and carried out repairs. Following this, soot spread throughout the property—covering floors, the pool area, and unfortunately getting onto our belongings. Several of our brand-new clothes and swimwear were damaged as a result.When we raised this with the general manager and requested support with dry cleaning/laundry, the response was extremely disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, he attempted to blame the issue on something external to the hotel, despite the soot being clearly visible across the premises.It’s a real shame, as the accommodation and wider team are great, but the lack of accountability and poor handling of a genuine complaint left a very negative impression.
