  Cozy Hotel Near Fatima Sanctuary – Highly Recommended!

  After exploring Porto, we headed to Fatima. We found the hotel spontaneously because the apartment we had previously booked turned out to be unsuitable for overnight stay – it was very damp, poorly ventilated, and not heated. The hotel we chose was located very close to the Fatima Sanctuary, which was the main destination of our trip.We were warmly welcomed at the reception, and shortly after, we received two rooms connected by an internal door – which was a great convenience for us. The rooms were very cozy, nicely furnished, the mattresses very comfortable, and the bathrooms clean and well-maintained. Everything was top-notch.The buffet dinner and breakfast were also very tasty, although, similar to other places, there was a lack of a larger variety of fruits and vegetables.In summary, we highly recommend this hotel, especially due to its excellent location and high standard of rooms and service.

  What a let down.

  Visited with a group on a full board basis so expectations were not particularly high regarding the catering in what is obviously a medium/large hotel handling diverse groups.On the positive side the hotel, though dated, was very clean throughout.The big letdowns were staff attitude, mostly sullen and no attempt to engage with customers and, secondly the standard of the food which was grim. Fish and Meat dishes were mushy and poor quality, fruit selection sparse and worst, for me, so many dishes that should have been hot were very cold with little evidence of any attempt to heat.One really black mark was a sullen lady who seemed to be a supervisor slagging off our group as rude,ungrateful to a colleague in Portuguese unaware that a customer could understand what she was saying. A group by the way who were always respectful and well behaved.

  very average tourist hotel, mainly for piligrams. .................................Rooms are ok, basic...................................Food both dinner and breakfast are ok but could be better..........................

  A lovely hotel in a 5 minute walk to Fatima Sancturay.

  Located just about a 5 minute walk from the Fatima Main shrine. A very clean hotel with good sized bathrooms with a bidet as well. The view from our room was not great but it was a clear view of an open area.The brekafast was a good continental one with a lot of cold meats and some eggs on the buffet. The breads were freshly baked and tasted good. The fruit juice is all canned so don't expect fresh juice. The dinner was a nice buffet with turkey and chicken on 2 days. Lots of boiled vegetables for those who like them. We enjoyed the baby carrots and peas.The staff were friendly and helpful and were willing to assist with requests.Overall a nice hotel in a great location

  Rudeness to the MAX

  This hotel should train their waiters on customer service. They are by far the rudest I’ve encountered in all my travels. They take your plate away from you without asking first if one is done eating. The hotel’s location is very good though as it is 5 (five) minutes away from the sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima.
