from the good nature, good yogurt for breakfast ..... and a large bed with a comfortable mattress. and that's all. this year we managed to allocate 4 days of vacation and we decided to spend our vacation on the lakes. it was terrible, there is no soundproofing, the walls are like paper and plus the hotel administration filled the hotel with teenagers who drank alcohol, smoked, shouted and knocked until the morning. all our 4 days there were shouts ... we left because of the scientists. I advise everyone to avoid this hotel. there were many other minuses ... old furniture, old smells, the sauna is only a name, noise until 11 pm from the kitchen throughout the area near the hotel, like a nuclear power plant. it's a pity such a wonderful location, excellent potential of the hotel ... everything could have been wonderful, if ....

The room was good, big and clean.Breakfast with good quality.We went out of the summer season, so we did not had the chance to try the inside pool. However the inside one was nice, and we enjoy it.The hotel is located outside of the village, but as we went by car for us it was no problem.Free parking at the hotel.Great landscape view at the balcony.

Amazing experience!

I went to this hotel with family and it was a great experience.The facilities were good although they have some older elements. The restaurant food was good.The staff is friendly, helpful and professional.The hotel's highlight is the stunning view, which perfectly completes the pool area.

You don't get coffee on the room or water free of charge as stated on the booking. Water is charged extra automatically. Check your bill.If your booking say balcony you may not get it.Breakfast below average. In no Hotel Luna in Abrantes far superior . Good customer service

Wonderfull located but.....

We went in the high season, so its normal lots of guests, however it's not normal 1 employee in the breakfast area to all the service!!! Tables, room numbers, food replacement......and there were no artisan bread because the baker comes later on sundays!After I went to the front desk complain two more restaurant staff show up, but one of them had very unpleasant attitude. This is a wonderfull hotel, no questions about, the room, ( despite of the smell due to WC with no window or extractor) was confortable.Pool....... no long chairs for all the guests, and although the Hotel forbides chairs reservations, the lake of education of some Hotel guests is there. The wood chairs by the pool and in the pool bar area, are old, not confortable and some are falling apart.SPA is very simple, there are no resident therapist,and because she works in others places they have to call and the hours are very limited.I saw strange people enter in the hotel ( 3 scouts), and in the pool area since there is no wall or fences I saw people passing through the bushes to see the pool, so there were no privacy.If we come back.......maybe...... but the management needs to improve a lot, there are to many details to be amended.
